So that they will be more popular with the American fans.
(Apparently Americans are Bias towards Canadians).
Steve Austin issue.
Steve Austin cannot not perform physically, so he wants fans to remember him as he used to be and not as someone on the side-lines.
Bret Hart issue.
Vince had a meeting with Bret to talk about creating a DVD and returning to the WWE for a Farewell special.
Vince has a grandson.
Hulk Hogan sent a message to Vince saying that he is in excellent shape after having surgery and he wants to return to the WWE.

Well, I didn't expect it to just come out and say "Well, you know we have this Japanese guy who was supposed to feud with Benoit and Jericho, but then we remembered (a)We pissed Japan off, and (b)Smackdown sucks, so we'll just send him over there as a generic JAPANESE WARRIOR~"

A) Marrissa doesn't need the money or hassle. (She's the heiress of the Mazola cooking oil company)
B) She doesn't work for the company anymore.
