Should I buy Vengeance? I'm not sure...

I mean, the main event'll rock the socks off of me.
RVD/Lesnar will be cool.
and there's the always cool Edge match...

But will this be a letdown like the last couple PPVs?

Well, let me get out my magic crystal ball.

Uh, well, I would say if you've enjoyed the last three to four weeks product, then, yes, buy.

But, if you hated it, then no, don't buy.

BUT, if you're broke, digging spare change out of your couch, don't buy.

If you actually think you'll see Mysterio on the show, don't buy.

If you just got out of the slammer and are lookin' for a little hard love, call Al.

Other than that, dude, you're honestly asking people whether or not you should buy this!? Why not wait until the ppv happens, THEN ask us if you should get the repeat. Plus, who's gonna' make up your mind for you? I wouldn't listen to me if I were somebody else. Or anyone else on here. At least about predictions. Once it happens and the general consensus is in, then you decide. So, until next Sunday until Tuesday night repeat, either shit or get off the pot.

EDIT: I'm sorry this post is so dumb, I just bought some stupid Gamecube game and spent the last eight hours playing it. Now, I can't fall asleep, so I turn to the INTERNET.

An open letter to Andrew Gilkison from me: Sir, I am no longer pleased with your product and thus will not read it. I am the consumer and your product is not living up to my expectations. I could open up an Andrew Gilkison message board and cry about it, but that's a waste of my time. In the meantime, I would suggest you work on improving your product. Thank you.

Watching RAW and Smackdown doesn't cost anymore than your posts do. And so, like a good consumer, I'm tuning you out.

I wouldn't have put it quite like that, but I agree with Deion.

Although... rather than buying the replay, I suggest that if Vengeance turns out to be any good, that you buy it on VHS or DVD. I myself have built up a nice collection of WWF tapes on VHS.

I'll probably shell out the $25 and get the OnDemand webcast thing. You'll be able to watch it anytime you want for a whole week after the PPV is over.

Obviously, the solution is to send ME the money. I'll watch the PPV and let you know if it's worthwhile. If so, you can safely invest your other funds in the repeat.

I'd pay for it myself, but I smartly invested the money in GTA3, which ROCKS! Hehe...I just bashed another old lady with a baseball bat, and I didn't even need the money! Mwuhahahahaha!

Isn't the best and cheapest route just to wait for the DVD to be released, and then purchase it if it is a great show? It takes, like, a month after the event, and may come with extra goodies.

OR, you could do the same, but RENT the damn thing. Then you are only out four dollars instead of 35, and even then nly if the event was good.

PPV DOES give you the "seeing it live" thrill, though, and the chance of something unexpected happening that would be cut out of later releases is always there. Unfortunately, the only precedent for that is Over the Edge, but there is always the chance something hilariously good might happen. You just have to make the decision if 31 bucks is worth it for the live feeling.

But then, you could just enjoy Scramblevision, as I often do. It's free, and you can read an internet live report at the same time.

The choice, my friend, is yours...

LOL... Senseless violence. I love it!!! GTA3 rocks!!!
But seriously, I'm not buying the PPV. The WWF isn't getting my money for the crap they've been shoveling for the last 6 weeks. I've got better things to do.

You "heard" that? I own quite a few WWF DVDs, and I KNOW FOR A FACT that they are quality. And why WOULD the nWo music be edited and replaced? What's the point? It isn't logical. ECW did it when they had no rights to certain music tracks, but the WWE bought the rights the the nWo porno music.

The buyer should beware. But as long as it isn't one from the "Attitude" series (some of which are direct VHS transfers with no chapter stops and high noise), the WWF/E DVDs have proven to be well made.

Buyer Beware, indeed... but ONLY for content of the matches.

Oh, and while I'm at it, LEARN TO USE APOSTRAPHES, PEOPLE! ARGH! Just because everyone pluralizes acronyms with apostraphes DOES NOT MEAN IT IS CORRECT! RRARR!

do you own the DVD when the nWo originally appeared? (No Way Out, I believe)
I thought that the nWo song was edited out and replaced with, of all things, the same fake nWo song used in the Wrestlemania X8 videogame! Believe it... or not.

I wouldn't buy Vengeance. The main event is a 3-way. Most WWF 3 way main events usually suck. Not to mention, when was the last time we saw the Rock wrestle? Like what, over four months ago? Angle's probably the best wrestler in that match, and I hope he wins.

Although, Lance Storm's return to pay-per-view is tempting.

Given how RVD is seriously under-used on Raw right now, I think trading him to Smackdown in exchange for everything Raw has taken from SD just might be the only road to saving RVD's WWE career.
