It's one of those really really good days. I picked up a couple used CDs at the local music store that I've been meaning to get for a while.
Green Day - Ker-plunk : Yes. I like Green Day. Fantastic Pre-Dookie album which represents almost everything I love about Lookout! Records. Sweet, Sugary, catchy, melodic pop goodness.
The Nerve Agents - Days Of The White Owl : I was totally surprised to find this in the used CD section, especially since I live on the east coast and the Nerve Agents are primarily big in Cali as far as I know. I'd heard some Nerve Agents before and I'd been meaning to find a CD of theirs for a while now. Words can't explain how much I'm in love with this band. Cut from almost the same cloth as AFI, it's straight up no nonsense hardcore punk with goth stylings. Forget the Victory Records fodder, This album is why I love hardcore.
