That does seem to be somewhat weird, although I do understand some of the sentiments behind it. However, I must admit that I find the idea of spraying Prozac and/or Zoloft into a massive crowd fairly amusing... maybe as a "time-elapse" sort of thing. Not terribly effective, though.

Personally, I'm gonna laugh if the same people who drafted that portion of the treaty start protesting when lethal force is used in situations where we would have used tear gas if it was an option.

Well, I'm not gonna laugh...people would have died...but you get my point.

I'm not exactly sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I'm not exactly surprised to see that the brains of Democrats and Republicans are wired differently, if only in the fact that often times there is such a different view of the world...
