The Edge book sounds good, I enjoyed his articles on WWE.com and i'm sure he'll have some hilarious tales to tell. If your in to body building the new Triple H book will be worth a look, I'm sure he'll have thoughts on other stuff in there to keep the average non-body building fan happy.

But besides those i found a couple of interesting books that are not too far away like a WWE Confidential book, and a special book entitled ''Are we there yet?'', which contains some amusing stories of varying WWE superstars' life on the road.

And while I'm at it, take a look at the 2005 WWE calendar Click Here (amazon.com)
I mean I know they make calendars early but come on!

That's not as early as you might think, actually, if it's not yet available, then it's late. Calendars for next year have been on sale since the beginning of September. Most malls have calendar kiosks up and running by October.

I think he's referring to the pictures of Goldberg, Austin and Rock on the cover of the calendar.

It still baffles me how behind-the-times WWE's calendars usually are. I understand you have to publish and distribute these things well ahead of the end of the year, but still.... Watch the 2006 version have months reserved for Test, Gail Kim and Brock Lesnar.

Go WAY back to wrestling's golden era -- 2001 -- a time when 75 wrestlers weren't being fired every single day, in the latest Inside The Ropes!!!

The calendar at the WWE Shopzone site (shopzone.wwe.com) has HHH, Big Show, Benoit, and Guerrero on the cover. I wonder if the image on Amazon was an early prototype.

I kept looking at the Amazon.com calendar and singing to myself "One of these things is not like the other..."

That could be the 2004 Calendar cover. Amazon.com probably hasn't received a shot of the 2005 cover to view yet, so they just threw that up as a placeholder image.

Edit: No, wait, THIS is the 2004 Calendar cover. The Hell?

I'd say they're comparing themselves to the NFL right now mainly because Monday Night Football is the biggest ratings competitor they have in that time slot.
