Apparently Sony heard no "obvious singles" from Fiona Apple's new album Extraordinary Machine, and so they have shelved it.
But this month, high quality versions of the tracks have been leaked onto the internet. While I question the legality of hosting the mp3 files, some browsing around on Wikipedia shows that they're linking to a site, so there you go.
I like it. I never got into Fiona Apple way back when, but I am starting to really enjoy these new songs the more I listen to them. I wish that the album was available legitimately.
A lot of the major convienence stores are carrying prepaid credit cards now. I think it has a $20 activation fee attached with the original purchase but life is most wonderful when you can easily shop online without fear.
