Here’s a question… now that they’ve spent months building up Undertaker’s return, what do you DO with him?
Lesnar is gone. The Big Show is taking a month off to recover from injuries. On Smackdown, the top two titleholders are faces, and I can’t see either Eddie or Cena sucessfully turning heel now. Is there anyone on the Smackdown Roster the Undertaker could feud with that would hold any interest at all? Angle, maybe…
A move to RAW might be better, because RAW is more heel-intensive. But even then, there’s no natural matchup. Batista, possibly. Orton is too much of a rookie, and too small, to work unless Undertaker sold well for him. HHH, if they can handle a feud that doesn’t involve the world title.
The irony is that the best feud for UT was pissed away last night. Kane had a huge backstory with Undertaker, and if Kane had won the matchup at Wrestlemania (thereby breaking Undertaker’s win streak), he could have been built up as a monster for Undertaker to chase after for months before finally getting a win in revenge. Instead, by destroying Kane at Wrestlemania, there’s no reason to watch any Undertaker-Kane matches. The face has already squashed the heel- there’s no reason for it to continue.
So where does the Undertaker go from here? (Besides the smartass answers. Like it or not, he’s one of the biggest names in the WWE. Now that he’s returned, they’ll want to put him in a high-profile feud on one of the shows).

Cena could probably go heel easily after dropping the title. Just steal a page from Foley, and have him publicly quit the rap gimmick entirely. It'd be a mercy killing anyway, since they have him pretty watered down as a babyface.
I dunno. A slow build dealing with this dead guy being part of the rouster could work. Bearer nagging Heyman as to when he'll start using Undertaker, while Undertaker stands in the background in "zombie-mode" would be a priceless gag.
Heyman would then have to start feeding guys for Undertaker to squash just so Bearer doesn't have Underatker go after Heyman himself. Heyman doesn't want to have any of his popular guys destroyed (even Eddie, as he brings in ticketsales), but also knows that he can't keep holding off Bearer forever.
Hmm. Who to bring in to this, though? Y'know, I hate to say this because I know it'll get laughed at, but O'Haire was a "devil's advocate" - maybe he could help Heyman out? Maybe bring in OVW's Disciples of Synn (who have been doing a ton of dark matches for WWE lately and are two big guys) to help?
I think building up here could actually make this an intriguing storyline. Then bring in Sara - wondering what happened to her husband who was fine "until a week before WMXX when Paul Bearer came around." And do a whole SERPENT AND THE RAINBOW zombie explanation there. I could live with that.
I wonder what's next for Kane more than 'Taker. Here's a guy that has been built up as an unstoppable monster, a freak of nature if you will. And tonight, we saw him shaking in his boots, scared to death, and losing to the Undertaker. Does he show up tonight on RAW and act like a badass again, like nothing happened or what?

Personally I want to see him arrive in a strait jacket. Driven to a point of insanity..that he was beaten by a figment of imagination, that he still doesn't want to believe that taker's real. And when he does realize he's back he goes into the next level of his "Madness" and goes onto to destroy the Raw Roster in retaliation for his loss.
Lesner or Goldberg but both are gone. Maybe a continuation with the feud with Kane leading to a casket match. Or HHH vs Undertaker where Undertaker hunts HHH family (Stephanie). Or i Know i would love to see Sting vs. UNDERTAKER. what do you guys think?
I think that it would have been a good idea that the Undertaker should have took a year and a half off after Survivor Series 2003. By then, his hair would have grown back to full length as it was long ago and he should have gone back to the way he was when he first entered the WWE.
On another note, The Undertaker looks as if he is in the best shape he has been in for years.
Forgive me for adding to such a hormonal and juvenile thread, but I'm curious as to what exactly that looked like. The Bret Hart reference has me all thrown around and confused And now that I am without cable (and not upset about it...
