Every year (to those who may have noticed) I participate in a fund raiser for the Children's Miracle Network called Extra Life. It's a 24 hour gaming marathon. Every year I've been lucky to have raised more and more money and this year I want to raise more than ever.

I've gotten an early start on it and so far gotten some good donations but I'd like to come up with more ways to raise money. Have any of you had success in the past with raising money for charities in unconventional ways that I may be overlooking? What are some ways you've been able to do this? One day a week I spam my FB news feed asking for donations. I've also taken to drawing pixel-art pictures of my friends based on Final Fantasy VI characters if they donate $25 or more.

Thanks everyone in advance!

Wayyyy back when, my family and I used to pile into our minivan and drive from Toronto to Florida for a week in Florida; then drive back. Four days of driving, five days of sun. I've seen both I-95 and I-75 almost in their entirety. However, now...
