Too bad WWE will most likely push him for a few months then put him on Velocity.

I can't believe with Dean Malenko as an agent, they don't push the Cruiserweight division more. That's one thing I'll never understand. | MoneyInk

I remember watching Ultimo Dragon and he was impressive, but he has been out of wrestling for a while after the botched surgery. Add to that the fact the WWE doesn't care about cruiserweights and there's not much to be happy about. Rey Mysterio is one of the best cruiserweights around and nothing significant has been done with him since he came in. | darkmatcher

| #6 Posted on 3.5.03 1804.22 | Wow, this guy was awesome in his day and could still be great. I too worry that Vince will fail to capitalize and bury him to Tajiri, Funaki, Noble status...but they could also give him a Rey Mysterio kind of push-which has atleast been slightly better(up to this point). I'm happy about his signing nonetheless and hope they find some more good cruiserweight talent, whether they eventually give the division a big push or not.

The thing is though,he's been training ever since his surgery in Japan and Mexico. So I think he'll be in graet form. I mean he put on an excellent performance at the Di Collesso Tag Cup

Other than being able to go the distance with Kurt Angle? Since his arrival Rey has been pretty much above the Cruiserwieght division, and has actually been shown as a threat to everyone on the roster, biggest to smallest. What more can they really do with Rey though? He's the most over cruiserwieght on the roster and thats because he doesnt compete in the cruiser division. Short of giving him the World title i think the most we can expect out of Rey in WWE is to put on kick ass matches and flirt with the main event picture.

Just another reason to bring back the secondary singles titles.

Smackdown, because Taker's out and not using the manuever at the moment and Taker rarely uses it.

But Jericho DOESN'T do the Asai Moonsault. The Asai moonsault is done from the apron outside the ring.

Actually, as per La Arena's profile of Ultimo Dragon, Click Here (highspots.com) the move itself was invented by El Fantasma de La Quebrada, in the 70's. La Quebrada is another name given to said maneuver.

- ring to the floor: Asai Moonsault - staying in the ring: Quebrada
Jericho does a Quebrada.
They'll probably be fine with Dragon doing the Dragon Sleeper because it works towards their mat wrestling push right now, and Taker only uses it again big guys he might have trouble giving the Last Ride.
