| #1 Posted on 4.2.02 2221.06 | Why do I get the feeling that Angle is going to get screwed out of any pre-wrestlemania match planning and be thrown into something hastily like the fued with Benoit which was slapped together a week before the event last year?
The basic prediction is HHH vs. Jericho, Rock vs. Austin. Where is angle going to fit in? Even if it's going to be Rock vs. Hogan (ugh), or maybe HHH vs. Austin I doubt they'd do Austin vs. Angle again (despite how good the matches may be). Any ideas?

| #2 Posted on 4.2.02 2226.31 | Actually it sound like it might Taker/Austin...so maybe they'll do a Rock/Angle match? Don't know we'll have to see. you can have a combination of Rock/Austin vs. Taker/Angle/nWo

So...what is the problem here? Kurt can wrestle with anyone, and set up a feud with anyone instantly. And the Benoit feud was set up hastily but it was one of the best matches on the card and actually went on for a long time after WM.
I don't know where they will go for him..is it a bad thing though? I am sure they will do something which will be sweet

Maybe another Austin / Angle matchup? Austin and Angle team up to do battle with The Outsiders while Rocky takes on Hogan? Lord knows...
I'm sure he'll be fine, but he does seem to be on the backburner.
Maybe they'll swerve us all and have Kurt go over at No Way Out, and Austin beat Jericho.

| #8 Posted on 5.2.02 1151.09 | Gag. I don't want to see any multiple-opponent matches at Wrestlemania. To me, WM should be about tying up loose ends and giving us definitive endings to several top feuds. That's why they use CRZ's RTTG (Random Tag Team Generator TM) every Monday and Thursday night: one-on-one, no-interferance, no run-ins, no partners, no multi-opponents matches are THE way to settle feuds. They give us these sucky tag matches every night because they are meaningless. Rock, Jericho, Austin, Undertaker...anyone can be pinned in a random tag match and it won't hurt their cred, but getting pinned in a singles match, especially a title match, is a big deal. Fatal Four-ways and Triple Threat matches are all the same. Two guys fight in the ring while the other opponent(s) languish on the outside from some dastardly attack. When one of the men in the ring is being pinned, the guy on the outside miraculously recovers and breaks it up. One is thrown out for a rest, and we have two new opponents. BOOOOO-RIIIIINGGG. So let's hope for Triple H vs. Jericho (w/Steph in his corner) for the Undisputed Championship. Rock vs. Austin And other stuff.

| #9 Posted on 5.2.02 1315.58 | Dmp, I'm not saying that the angle/benoit fued was a bad thing. It gave us 3 great PPV matches last year. What I am saying is that they put a little more forethought into that angle, they could have have started it right after No Way Out last year and the WM match would have had more than a week's buildup. Their fued really didn't heat up until the next pay per view. I think that Angle deserves a top spot and more concern than just to be thrown around into a fued last second, no matter how good a match he could pull out of anyone.
As good as Angle/Michaels could be, I hope to never see the return of wishy washy Face Kurt even again. And moreso, I don't want to see a Face NWO either.
