Someone in the HHH thread suggested he come back as a tweener. (I apologize for not granting appropriate credit) I happen to think that would be a great idea. Think about it, are there any tweeners in the WWF right now?

SCSA is a Santa Claus huggin straight up baby face. Same goes for the Rock and Flair. Angle, UT, Vince and Y2J are straight heels. Even the midcarders are rather clearly defined (although I happen to think this is something of a mistake).

HHH will get the huge "welcome back" pop, this much we know. Why not have him beat down one of the top heels on RAW (to further the impression of him as a face) and then turn around and whip a top face on SD? For example;

Beating up Y2J on his return makes sense from a storyline perspective and portrays him as a face.

Next he beats up the Rock which makes him look a little heelish, but it alos makes sense from their past history.

There's prolly a good reason why this is a bad idea. Please don't kick me in the junk.

Consider your junk kicked.

Now then... you're CRAZY for suggesting that someone be a tweener right now. The last tweener really to be found was Jericho, and before he officially turned heel, his feud with Rock was GOOD. Can't have that happening.

To me, there's really a good solid base for this idea.

Most of the time, it seems, when a guy comes back, he's solidly one way or another, and all storylines in his recent past generally get erased or at the very least mentioned in passing and blown over.

This could be THE chance to make him Mr. Continuity.

Have H3 come back and rattle off a huge promo about how he's been watching everything carefully, and despite observing it all, he doesn't think there's anyone to trust. (Renegade face schtick.)

He still hates Rock. He hates Austin because of (reason that was going to be used if Austin was still a heel). He hates Jericho because all the while he was gone, he was giving his wife shit. He hates Vince for the way he humiliated Steph. He hates Flair for not hiring her.

Triple H should hate everyone. Cept Steph. And she should ALWAYS be in full-on annoying bitch heel mode to make sure that even if it's just a little bit, that little bit of hate from the crowd will keep H's face pops modest and mumbling. It's not like they have to get a huge crowd reaction from him in either direction, it'll be there, along with the merch and all that shit. he's over and they'd be hard pressed to find a way he wouldn't be.

And he should be kept away from Nash for at least 3 months. They shouldn't even acknowledge each other's existence.

I wish.

As usual uber is there with a solid analysis of the situation, and I totally agree with him. That being said I do feel that if the timing of Nash's contract will be sooner than later, the WWF will probably feel a need to put HHH (a well known but returning figure for the WWF) up against Nash (a well known figure associated with WCW) in order to further the split. This wouldn't be my choice of booking, but if handled well could be amusing. (Figure the odds of that.)

Having HHH come back tweener would rock, especially if he were to come in, cut a blistering promo on how he can't trust anyone and whip Jericho and Rock in consecutive shows. In all reality, I can see him becoming Mr. Continuity here. HHH really has no desire (as far as I can remember) to be a face. Hell, he had those 2 times last year where he had came out to a huge pop only to tease a turn and stay full on heel mode. I really do expect that only because that is the track record we are looking at now but who knows?

If I had it my way I'd have Triple H wrestle only with me. And then ask him as a personal friend to break the glass ceiling. That'd make him a face in my book (In This Very Ring, coming soon to book stores not exactly everywhere you should probably check Amazon.com).

I write what happened on RAW, Smackdown, and PPVS and insult. Every 5 months I write either an arm chair booker piece or a fictional piece of shit possibly based around wrestling. Yet The Smarkies list me as a columnist even though my weekly writings show up at 411wrestling under "TV REPORTS". Watupwitdat?!

Don't you just get the feeling that they're just going to push Triple H as a face so much that we just kind of accept him that way, and then BAM they kick him right over to heel mode again. "It was me! It was me! I did it, because uh I am uh the GAME uhhhhhhhh!"
