This afternoon, I checked out info on the new Dr. Who series on tvtome.com. Later tonight, I found out that the web site changed to tv.com with fancy multimedia presentation. I'm not bothered by CNet changing to become more "corporate" as I'm bothered the transition from fan-based database of TV show guides to the new focus on more popular shows.
I actually really like Americandreamcomics.com, but why is it when they show news on new collectibles displayed at a covention, it's not really news, but a bunch of pics? Isn't that the job of the respective companiess' marketing machines?
