Got to finish this early. I'm heading to the stadium to watch some single-A baseball. The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers play the Beloit Snappers.

Last Tuesday, after I posted last week's, CBS decided that they were going to swap Swingtown with Flashpoint. Then last Friday, they further decided to swap Greatest American Dog with the Wednesday edition of Big Brother.
So Big Brother and Flashpoint now air on Thursday, Greatest American Dog airs on Wednesday, and Swingtown airs on Friday. I've just decided to switch our Friday schedule to Monday, which means that the test we take each Friday on what we learned during the week will now take place on Monday before we've learned it. But since today is Tuesday, it doesn't matter in the slightest.

On Monday, ABC starts us out with High School Musical, Wanna Bet, and The Mole. NBC counters with new episodes of American Gladiators, Nashville Star, and Dateline NBC.

Tuesday brings us new episodes of Wipeout, I Survived A Japanese Game Show, and Primetime (The Last Lecture: A Celebration of Life). CBS has Big Brother. NBC has the season finale of Celebrity Family Feud and a new America's Got Talent. For the finale CFF, they've saved us Corbin Bernsen (playing for the Rape Treatment Center at Santa Monica Hospital) vs. Margaret Cho (playing for the MAC AIDS Fund), and the Teutul Family from American Chopper (playing for the Make-A-Wish Foundation) vs. Christopher Knight & Adrianne Curry (playing for the National Breast Cancer Association and Precious Paws). Incidentally, Cho's "family" apparently includes Selene Luna, a 3 foot 10 inch actress. So I guess she'll stand on a box or something.

Wednesday's offerings include Primetime: Crime on ABC, Greatest American Dog on CBS, So You Think You Can Dance on FOX, and The Baby Borrowers on NBC.

Thursday brings an end to July, as well as new episodes of Hopkins on ABC; Big Brother and Flashpoint on CBS; the extra special season finale of Don't Forget the Lyrics (the last new episode aired in May) as well as a new So You Think You Can Dance on FOX; and Last Comic Standing and Fear Itself on NBC. This is the last episode of Fear Itself to air in the forseeable future; only time will tell whether we will get to see the other 5 episodes.

Friday means The CW has new programming, of course with Friday Night Smackdown!. Elsewhere we've got Lemony Snicket's blah blah blah on ABC and The Fog on FOX. There are also new episodes of Swingtown, 20/20, and Dateline NBC on various networks. I'm sure you can figure them out.

Saturday there's a Saturday Night's Main Event on NBC, which has no announced matches at this time. Otherwise there's Cops and America's Most Wanted.

I'm looking forward to Sunday, but it's not for High School Musical on ABC, nor is it Dateline NBC on NBC, or 60 Minutes and Big Brother on CBS. It's August, and that brings us the NFL Hall of Fame Game on NBC. I'm so starved for football that I'll watch a preseason game between the Washington Redskins and the Indianapolis Colts played in Canton, Ohio. I personally have the choice of watching that, or watching Packers Family Night where the Packers scrimmage against themselves in front of a sell-out crowd in Lambeau Field.
