* Premering this week are Samantha Who? (Mondays on ABC), My Own Worst Enemy (Mondays on NBC), Eli Stone (Tuesdays on ABC), and a special two-hour premiere of Crusoe (Friday on NBC). * This week, The CW's Tuesday lineup is reruns instead of their Monday lineup. They're reairing the first 3 episodes of 90210 on the 14th, 15th, and 21st, respectively, with new episodes returning the week after. Privileged returns new next week. I think they're airing reruns so that their shows will end at the same time as the other networks. Remember, they started several weeks before ABC, CBS, and NBC did. * FOX's Monday lineup is prempted by Game 4 of the National League Championship Series. Game 5 is on Wednesday. And if necessary Game 6 is on Friday, and Game 7 is on Saturday. * The third and final Presidential Debate is on Wednesday at 9 pm Eastern. So that preempts Private Practice, Dirty Sexy Money, Criminal Minds, CSI: New York, and Lipstick Jungle. That debate will air on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, and the cable channels. FOX is course showing Game 5 of the NLCS. The debate takes place from Hofstra University, and is moderated by CBS News Correspondnet (and Face The Nation host) Bob Schieffer. This is more of a discussion format, where they will discuss 8-10 issues in the 90 minute period. * If Game 6 doesn't happen, the plan is to air a special two-hour Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?, which preempts Don't Forget The Lyrics. * A reminder that America's Toughest Jobs moves to Saturday. * The Saturday Night Football game is Missouri @ Texas, and the Sunday Night Football game is the Seattle Seahawks vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Yeah! It's been my favorite comedy of the last couple seasons, even though it's sometimes inconsistent. With Go On (which certainly wasn't great, but it was OK) also gone, there are very few network sitcoms left that appeal to me.
