Apparently there are 630,000 diehard fans who will watch a rerun of Jericho on The CW no matter what it's up against. It's hard to believe that many people would have lost the remote control. That was the number of viewers this week, same as the number of viewers last week.
THIS WEEK IN TV * Returning this week is the NBC Monday night lineup (Heroes, Chuck, and Medium), Law & Order: SVU on NBC Tuesdays, Life on NBC Wednesdays, and King of the Hill on FOX Sunday. * CBS is all reruns Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, except for the special special Katie Couric's "All Access" Grammy Special on Wednesday. Not sure what those quotes are supposed to represent. Maybe they're ironic? If you've been unable to catch The Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother because you watch a show opposite them, they're airing special reruns on Thursday. * FOX has moved Cops and America's Most Wanted to Friday night, because they're airing the start of the NASCAR season, the Budweiser Shootout at Daytona International Speedway. * On Sunday night, CBS has a new 60 Minutes and the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. * NBC airs the last hour of the NFL Pro Bowl in primetime on Sunday, then follows it up with Dateline NBC, and finally the first half of miniseries XIII. This was first released in October in France. The miniseries is based on the Belgian comic book (The W at Amazon) first written in 1984, which was adapted into the video game XIII, which was released for the PlayStation 2, Gamecube, Xbox, Windows, and Mac, in 2003.
We went to see the Prestige last night, but it had disappeared from the theater, so we took a chance on The Fountain instead. If anyone has seen a Darren Aronofsky film, they probably know what to expect.
