Best overall program: The Wire (HBO)
Best drama: The Wire (HBO)
Best comedy: The Office (NBC)

and more listed on this article:

http://www.broadcastingcable.com/article/CA6400557.html

Discussion:

The Wire has been one of TV's best programs for YEARS now, while being largely-unnoticed. The current fourth season has been my favorite one, and word is there will only be five seasons in total.

Anyone who liked the HBO mini-series The Corner, or Homicide: Life on the Streets, would love this show. Same goes for fans of The Shield.

I like The Wire too, and I don't understand why HBO does not get behind it more than it does. At a time when all of their classic shows like Six Feet Under, Sex in the City, Deadwood, and The Sopranos are coming to an end, or ended already, HBO is no longer must see TV to most people.

They seem to get behind Entourage, as they should, but why The Wire gets so little support, I have no idea. I was not crazy about Rome or Big Love, but they hyped the hell out of those shows.

Dean! Have you been shooting dope into your scrotum? You can tell me! I'm hip!

Well, I have insider, so I might not have noticed, even if I did download them. The last show I listened to regularly on ESPN radio was the V Show, but there were too many fill-in hosts. They also cut an hour off the show at some point in the last year....
