I have an old powerbook that is busted, but the screen is fine... is there any way to like hook it up to a cord and use it as a monitor for a desktop computer?

Not that I know of. I'm sure it must be possible but I would know how to do it.

When you say old, how old - and busted - how busted?

Okay, I don't know if anyone else around the country (world?) has been experiencing this, but a lot of websites that I regularly visit - ESPN.Com, IGN.Com, etc. - have just been taking an excruciatingly long time to load (if they even load at all)
