Can I just say how utterly surprised I am that this is due out THIS YEAR? I heard there was as sequel in the works, but I had no idea that it was just around the corner.

I think the trailer looks awesome and I really can't wait for the movie.

Between this and Clash of the Titans, I'm going to the movies at least twice this year.

Edit: Apparently, it's not due out until December 2010 - so there still a ways to go...

I'm hopeful, because well... Jeff Bridges.

However, the movie has been in the works prior to the 2003 Monolith game. The original movie concept was apparently scratched prior to the game's release.

This trailer has been up since July, but there hasn't been any other real news.

Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the quotes. It's incredible how deep these actors get into their characters and their motives, actions and behaviors. That's what makes this show so good.
