just was watching M*A*S*H on FX and saw an ad for Tremors: The Series, looks like Michael Gross, dad from Family Ties, in it and the thing that struck me odd was the tagline.
"Based on the hit movie series"
HIT!?!? IIRC, numbers 2&3 went straight to video...
did anyone else like this series? i sure didn't think it wasn't a hit.

Well, they didn't say "Based on Tremors II & III," did they?

Tremors has been deemed "a new classic" by TNT and, by God, I'M not gonna argue with that, 'cause I always seem to watch it from whenever I happen to click by until it's over. Quite possibly Jason Hervey's finest movie performance!
And Jason Hervey's best T.V. performance was not Wonder Years but when he got cracked with Paul E. Dangerously's cell phone.
Now back to Tremors......
I'm a fan of the series and the 2nd and 3rd movies weren't that great but the 1st movie was awesome. I hope they have the comedic element in the series and anything with Christopher Lloyd in is good.
Tremors 2 on video has outsold the first one, which is a crying shame. Tremors 3 was the top ranking straight to video release for Hollywood Video for two months straight, back when it came out.
Yes, scarry shit we are dealing with.

A fine BOOZE REVIEWZ, my good man. Amen to THAT, brother. And what's up with the piewife not being down with all of the good old-fashioned cheap ass horse-pee beers made right here in the good old U.S. of A (cheap pop)?
