|  #1 Posted on 21.6.10 1506.06 | Instant Rating: 8.41 | OK, so I did devote around 11 hours (90 minute pilot, 90 minute season finale) to this show which everyone tells me is just wonderful, marvelous, must-see television.
So why was I as bored as I was? Is it that I didn't care enough about New Orleans and/or jazz and/or mysterious Indian ways and/or ....? I dunno. All I know is these were some sad, depressing people occasionally punctuating their miserable lives with the occasional montage set to - okay, actually some pretty good music, to be sure.
It certainly didn't move me enough to start a thread during the entire run of this show. (I thought I had at least made a thread icon, but if I did, it's still on the laptop at home. I'll fix that later.) I can't say I'm super surprised that I didn't get one from any of you, either, as our HBO watchers tend to be thread-tacker-onners more than thread starters. Or maybe they feel the same way I do? I guess I want to find out. (I AM assuming others have watched this show. I could be wrong!)
So: speak up, please... and educate me!
