We've been getting a lot of pro wrestling hits from China recently, so I've tested some new code to automatically place a link to Google.com.hk translate to Chinese at the top of thread pages for the folks who arrive at them via cn.bing.com. (I still can't duplicate their results with either China OR "regular" Bing myself, but Bing swears we're actually getting real visitors this way, and who am I to dispute it? There are MILLIONS of people over there!)

So if YOU see any weird Chinese links on thread pages - and you definitely shouldn't - please let me know where and when so I can work on it.

I'm gonna let this go for a couple weeks and see if anybody from China actually clicks on them - if they do, we'll keep it; if they don't, we'll take it back out. I am absolutely certain this will make us zero dollars (+/- 1 million yuan) but am willing to be surprised and proven wrong. I guess that's why I'm trying this!

SAS now has in-cabin wireless Internet on their international flights so tomorrow should be an interested test of the new flag code. I'm flying from Copenhagen to Seattle, and the flight pretty much goes due north over out of Denmark.
