I'm seeing a trend in the WWE Movies that isn't going to help them any. They keep having the main characters that you are supposed to care about be complete assholes or criminals.
Is THIS how the WWE sees it's viewers?
In SEE NO EVIL, the character you ended up caring about was Kane. He was the real 'victim' when you consider the whole plot, and in THE MARINE, well... it's John Cena, so I didn't give a crap about him, and now we get THE CONDEMNED with the characters all being convicts.

This just seems really stupid to me.
At least in this example, the IMDB description of the movie references a "corrupt" Central American prison, so it sounds like the character is going to be wrongly accusing and having to fight for his freedom. That's defintely a sympathetic character to viewers.
If that's the case, then it's ONE movie that makes this "trend" since you don't care about John Cena. Not really a trend.

I stand by what I typed. I'm POSITIVE that if THE MARINE had starred ANYONE other then John Cena, it would have made more money.
So I'm keeping track of everybody's matches, and I've gotten back to April 28, 2001, just before Backlash. So I'm looking through my list, and I see three different jobbers named Steele.
We've got Race Steele, who wrestled on May 19 (vs. Billy Gunn)
