|  #1 Posted on 23.3.04 1210.50 | Instant Rating: 2.09 | Last night, I went to WWE's Smackdown page, which surprisingly was updated with guys like RVD and HHH on Smackdown. However, Booker T was also listed. This morning, he has been removed. Anyone else catch this?
Booker T on Smackdown might make sense, if they plan on continuing Teddy Long in his role of managing black wrestlers. There aren't many on the SD roster - just Shaniqua and Orlando Jordan. We can only hope they turn Booker heel and elevate him to challenge Cena or Guerrero down the road.
Also, A-Train is on the RAW page as I type this.

The two former RAW stars teaming up to take on the new SD roster wouldn't be a bad start for either of them. And having a hot chick by his side is all Dupree needs to finally kick the overbearing French gimmick and just be more of a pretty-boy heel instead.

After all, Rico brought in Cena to be his "prototype" in OVW, so there's some good comedy there that they could play off of - what with Cena being so hip, and Rico being so . . . Rico . . .. :-)

Rico needs the right gimmick. His problem is that he has been stuck with gimmicks that make the audience say 'eh.' He needs a gimmick that he can embrace and get me to like or hate his character.

If the bookers on SmackDown decided to drop Rico's current gimmick and push him in a better direction, Rico could be a nice addition to the roster. He certainly has all the tools. He just had a bad hand drawn to him when he entered WWE, and he's been stuck with it ever since.
