Al's involvement could lead to something tragic in another area though. If he's off training folks full time, what's gonna happen to the announce team on Heat? Would we get Coach and Grisham? I'm fairly certain I couldn't handle that at all.

I just can't see myself cheering for some kid getting a million dollars knowing there are wrestlers that I actually like and connect with that make less money.
smark/net attack wienerville advisory is raised to ORANGE alert - High (Benoit lost the title to some punk kid named Orton, lets look at the positive at least it's a heel not named HHH who has the title, which allows two fresh faces battling for the World title.. whaat? excuse me? what happened on Raw! well scratch that... Over to Smackdown we wave at Justin Bradshaws title reign, I think I'm getting sea sick)- 8/22 | orangeman

It could be some sort of Fear Factor-like contest that they'll pass off as a gague of someone's mental toughness. "He's focused on winning because he can eat 5 tapeworms without gagging" etc. I don't think it's (totally) off the wall to think they believe that's what might make it something people want to watch. It doesn't help the problem you or I would have with resenting it because other guys deserve it more, but they've never shown that they care about that anyway.
