I was just watching coverage of the Jet Blue plane with the stuck landing gear, and they break in with a Tornado on the ground in St. Paul (near Roseville). Are you safely in the basement, Zed?

And Hurricane Katrina is now the third-biggest storm on record!

CRZ is probably safely in his basement or nearest bomb shelter right about now. Like I should be, but I'm too macho for that.

Dammit, I didn't KNOW they moved LOST to Channel 45 until 9:15! Now I gotta download THAT, too. At least "Apprentice: Martha" will be on CNBC fifteen more times before next show.

OF COURSE we stayed on the second floor, because it wasn't THAT close. I played with my ham radio while we watched local CBS weatherman/saint Paul Douglas apologise to all the "Yes, Dear" fans for breaking into the show to show us the pretty pictures generated by the very expensive radar.

Here's some raw video: http://wcco.com/video/?id=10316@wcco.dayport.com

With any luck, however, the tornado took out my call center so I can skip work tomorrow! Hooray!

If I had a dime for all the Cardinal baseball fans who called me over the years complaining that I interrupted the game to give out a Tornado Warning, I'd...have lots of dimes.

Be mad at me all you want, people, just get somewhere safe now. As long as you are still there later, that's all I care about.

Davis vs Recall: This is a laugher. Davis will be recalled with a minimun 60 percent of the vote. Coleman v Huffington: Coleman is a more realistic candidate than Huffington has been, which shows how bad she's been.
