No one that read the third.

I just finished reading Mick's new book. It was pretty much what you would expect. Some fun anecdotes, and it is compelling to see how he handles the fact that he is so limited now in his ring work. Nothing really shocking or revelatory, but his stuff is like catching up with an old friend, and for a wrestling fan is certainly worth the rather quick read.
I've always dug Tori Amos too. Not really sure why -- but even in my metal-head days of Maiden, Metallica, etc., I always kept Tori in rotation. I guess it's because she's so f'ed up, it's kinda sexy.
I don't think Foley receives enuff credit for mainstreaming pro wrasslin'. He basically single-handedly established the business model for the wrestling book & became one of the most unlikely crossover stars in the history of the industry.
But I gotta think Mick is hitting the point of diminishing returns...

Incorrect. The third book was interesting to me, and it made me interested in the newest book. Don't care about Tori Amos though.

I don't remember walking away from that book thinking he was dumb at all. Didn't that book end with him "disproving" a lot of the the PTC's phony stats about the number of crotch-chops and other sexual innuendos that appeared in each episode of RAW? You'll have to remind me.

That is an excellent way to put it. As soon as I read he was doing another book, I thought to myself "What HAS he been up to lately? And I wonder what he has to say about TNA, WWE, etc. I need to pickup that book."
And I can't believe his daughter is 17 already! Crazy.
