Long story short, sounds like Randy Hanson took a bad fall into a chair during an argument with Tom Cable to fracture his jaw, rather than the "sucker punch" that it had been reported as. As a proud manager of a fantasy football team entitled "Cable Bomaye", I am very disappointed in this turn of events.
Hanson also was inconsistent between talking to the cops, and talking to reporters, which made him less reliable on the witness stand.
It is the policy of the documentary crew to remain true observers and not interfere with its subjects.
