And as if TO's brief flirtation with free agency needed further controversy and confusion,

Gonna be? Already is!

Actually, here is my idea. I hope he loses his appeal, and we trade him for more than we gave up.

And if we can't trade him, to hell with him. Let him stay deactivated for three years until his contract is up...

Or, worst case scenario: He gets declared a free agent, but by that point teams have already spent most of their cap room and no one is willing to cut 10 guys to give a wide receiver a ridiculous bonus, and he ends up in Arizona.

Latest sign RSN's mind might be fading: The new plan is to vote for Jerry Remy's Wally the Beanbag Buddy as the Democratic Primary for President.

Even if Terrell is so kind as to grace Baltimore with his presence, who is gonna get him the ball? Anthony Wright & Redman are both free agents. As a matter of fact, Wright is scheduled to come here & meet with the Titans about being Mcnair's backup in case Volek bails out. They are said to be very interested in him.
The Ravens have only Boller left. Is he their answer or are they trying to land someone else? The candidates are fading fast.

Alright Brain, you don't like me, and I don't like you. But lets just do this, and I can get back to killing you with beer.

There's always Brian Griese.

Tim Couch or Quincy Carter. Maybe Drew Henson.

Apparently, here is the bone of contention from ESPN.com:

"ESPN's Paolantonio also reported that NFL Players Association executive director Gene Upshaw sounded very confident that Owens would win his case and be declared a free agent. Upshaw said that the lawyers for the players' union argued that Owens' contract with the 49ers clearly stipulates he can void the final years of his contract by March 15, or the end of the NFL's calendar year (March 2), whichever comes first."

Interesting.
