Billy Corgan is suing Dixie Carter. There's no details yet. The details aren't probably going to make this sound any better. The Prowrestling.net article linked up there adds Corgan & Dixie wouldn't even appear on TV with each other on the most recent tapings.

(Note: there's other TNA owners, to the point where no one seems to know who owns TNA or how much they own at this point, and there's no idea who they side with here.)

TNA fighting itself in open court sounds very entertaining, if drastically bad news for the company. Just running out of money and ceasing to exist sounds like a 'better' end than pulling all the skeletons out of the closet in an ugly custody battle.

It's not the ending TNA needs, it's the ending TNA deserves.

There is another law suit against TNA. It's like watching the mighty Zepplin catch fire.

Typical TNA, copying WWE again with the feuding authority figures.

George Michael weighed his options. Maeby had chastised him for not taking risks, and what would be a bigger risk than perpetuating a lie about software just to ignite the passions of a woman? Of course it would be a lie, and since Maeby wouldn't know it was a lie, he wouldn't appear to be taking a risk. Perhaps the bigger risk was to tell his father he was lying, that he came up with it because he wanted his father to leave so he could enjoy what remained of his senior year. After all, he wondered, wouldn't that be the course of action taken by an overtly sexual man, a man who owns a pair of matador pants? He had not responded now for 41 seconds according to his unfailing internal clock, and it was time to come clean.

And a second lawsuit from a production company not paid for Bound for Glory... 2015.

everything TNA over simplified:

- Billy Corgan gave Dixie Carter money personally with the idea he was going to buy the promotion. Dixie has decided to keep the money and the promotion. Dixie probably had decided she was going to keep the money and the promotion from the start and just totally grifted the lead singer of Smashing Pumpkins. Billy's not happy.

- one of the (many) production companies TNA's used wanted to get paid for their work in 2015. TNA couldn't pay them right away, so they agreed to a monthly installment plan. TNA paid them the first month of about six, then paid some of the actual production crew directly so they could get them to work with their new crew and never paid the production company again. They would like their money.

- this week's show almost didn't air because of a music rights issue no one can quite explain. It's not Corgan's music, it's their normal music guy's music, and they ended up just editing the songs out.

- not yet a lawsuit: it sure looks like Canadian TV network the Fight Network paid for the last round of tapings. TFN carries TNA programming, but you'd think a wrestling media outlet would know what a terrible, terrible idea it is to invest in this company as well as anyone and yet they still did it. Something weird going on there.

- there's a concern TNA is actually out of money at the moment, or their money might be frozen by these lawsuits, and they won't be able to make payroll. They pay on the 15th and 30th of the month, so they're scheduled to get paid tomorrow. If they don't get paid, there are (unnamed) people who will declare their contract void and start negotiating with other (unnamed but obviously WWE) companies.

I know it would kill it faster than you can say "you've ruined the act, GOB," but I hope to God the Hardys declare breach and take the broken act right to WWE television. Everyone heard it when Rollins said "obsolete."

If this happened, WWE would need to buy TNA's tape library pronto to explain what happened to the Hardys, because let's not pretend like the casual fan in WWE knows what the hell is going on in TNA.

Or Michael Cole/Mauro Ranallo just say on air that "Broken Matt Hardy has become a YouTube sensation"

They have nothing to lose advertising that TNA once existed at that point.

I wonder if that has anything to do with the legal action Corgan is taking.

Surely Dixie didn't try to sell it to him without disclosing the tax liabilities. Right?

The weirdness explained: the Fight Network now owns some part of TNA's tape library (and may get more/all if TNA goes bankrupt.) They could use it themselves, or sell it to WWE at some point.

WO.com Friday said TNA owes Aroluxe (production), Anthem (production) and MCC Acquisitions (Fight Network) $3.4 million. That wouldn't include anything owed to the wrestlers or taxes and who knows what else. There's definitely an implication that Dixie didn't tell Billy about all of that when he got involved.
