Such an odd show. Was this for casual aduiences, loyal TNA fans, or hoepful WWE converts?

I liked he video promo introducing the X Division guys. They should have done that for all the divisions of the promotion.

If VKM wants to demonize Shawn Michaels, they need to synchronize with Nash first. While VKM may not speak officially for the promotion, it doesn't help when TNA's OTHER running buddy of Michaels isn't taking shots at him, and instead refers back to their glory days.

The triple X Division match was much too short, and Christian's staggering entrance was baffling. Much like the introduction of the new Flock followed seconds later by their demolition by VKM. Too much at one time for all the subplots.

While the flag angle didn't help LAX, it didn't help AMW either. I also don't see why The Naturals get the push against Team 3D. Also, I don't agree with demonizing Samoa Joe at this late date. That match would work fine as an intense bout between respectful adversaries.

I'm glad I saw the show. I'm glad they seem to be putting forth a good effort to make a good show, but it doesn't feel like they're using their players well.

Will Eric Young's announcement be that he's the new commish?

Well, why didn't they SAY that? They didn't say that they think it's bogus that they reformed DX without them--they said all this stuff about how DX is a sinking ship and they were declaring war and blah blah blah. Also, when they tried to cut the promo a couple weeks ago, they were complaining about TNA and Spike, NOT about WWE. Which, again, makes no sense.

Rhino threw away the key so someone would have to go through barbed wire to escape.

Why didn't he use the key to win the match? Or even use the key to beat on Christian? Or just not ask for the key and keep it in reserve?

While I'm at it, two other semirandom points: I didn't like Team 3-D going on about how the Naturals had finally done one worthwhile thing to put them on the map, when the Naturals have a couple of NWA tag titles to their credit and we've already seen the Duds go off on how the NWA titles are all that and a bag of chips. And do you think they'll ever bother to follow through on Eric Young's announcement? And if they do, how many thousand times will they call him the Pied Piper of TNA? These questions and many others will be answered on the next episode of...Impact. B^)

These are EASY!

1) Because he wanted to beat on Christian some more -- causing Christian pain from which he could not escape was the important thing here, not getting a tallymark in the win column.
2) I'm having difficulty imagining this being particularly effective, even given the giant hall pass attached to the key.
3) Because he -- uh, well, I guess because he changed his mind. Then, of course, he had to get rid of the key lest Cage get a hold of it.

That's very optimistic of you!

Well let's see. They're angry at Vince and DX. They pointed out how they supposedly weren't good enough to be in DX but they were successful in it anyway. They pointed out that they brought DX back and it stinks now. It's pretty easy to put 2 and 2 together and figure out they're mad about not being included. Seriously if they sit there and explain it any more clearer than people will complain that they had to explain it like people wouldn't be able to understand it. It's pretty clear that some people are nit-picking WAY too much just because it's not WWE.

They wanted to cut a shoot on Vince and DX and TNA wouldn't let them. So when TNA wouldn't let them talk about Vince and DX they were mad at TNA. Makes sense to me.

Have you ever seen a cage match before? The face never wants to escape, it's always more important for the face to kick the heel's ass than it is to escape.

I thought the dangling it in front of Christians face was pretty self explanatory.

About as many times as Booker will be referred to as the "Champion of Champions" or Chris Benoit "The Crippler" or the Undertaker "The Phenom" or the "Deadman". I don't see what's wrong with giving Eric Young a nickname or title.

But Rhino didn't really do all that much to take the key "out of the equation", he just threw it a couple of feet away; I mean, if we're looking at this thing in terms of "real life" rules, couldn't Christian have just asked the referee to go pick up the key and bring it back to him? It's not like Rhino swallowed the key or anything ...

Nope, they'd already established that only whoever asks for the items can get them. Guess that still applies once they're in play. Also, what happened with the bolt cutters? During the commercial, Christian hit Rhino with 'em, snipped the barbed wire at the top, and then...? Looked like they just disappeared, or no one bothered to mention when they got knocked out of play.
