Quick results for TNA Destination X.

X-Division #1 Contendership Ladder Match: Kazarian over Daniels, Brian Kendrick, and Amazing Red in 13 minutes. My prediction record: 1 for 1.

- Flair comes out in a wheelchair and says that this is not why he came to TNA. Hogan and Abyss are responsible for his condition and tonight they shall pay.

- Backstage, Hogan implores Abyss to embrace and control the power of the ring. This is straight out of the comic books. Bischoff shows up, promising to be professional.

Knockouts Title: Tara over Daffney via Widow's Peak in 6 minutes. My record: 2 for 2. Post match, Daffney steals Tara's spider, Poison. Which I'm sure will lead to the scintillating Spider on a Pole match, because we are TNA and we just can't have too many [animal] on a pole matches.

- Brutus Magnus, now officially only 'Magnus,' promises to destroy the monster he created.

Global Title: Rob Terry over Magnus via Spinebuster in less than a minute. My record: 3 for 3.

- MCMG promise that Gen Me will have to cry themselves to sleep after the beating they receive today. They call Gen Me kids, who apparently have a liking for spooning and dry humping their pillows at night. Gen Me has the Hardy Boys kit, but tonight they will step into a match that is made for the Guns.

Ultimate X: Motor City Machine Guns over Generation Me via X Retrieval (Sabin) in 12 minutes. 3 for 4. I really thought that Gen Me would go over here.

- JB is backstage with Waltman and Hall, who promise to pull out all the stops. Hall says he'll still be here on Impact tomorrow and Waltman talks about smoking anyone who gets in the way.

Scott Hall and Sean Waltman over Kevin Nash and Eric Young via SHOCKING SWERVE(tm), X-Factor, and Razor's Edge on Young in 7 minutes. 3 for 5. Postmatch, they pull out the spray paint and spray a body outline like a crime scene. They exit to the Wolfpac music.

X-Division Title: Doug Williams over Shannon Moore via Foreign Object Shot in 6 minutes. 4 for 6. Postmatch, Williams says that he brings prestige to the division by being a technical wrestler who can match holds and counter-holds, thereby becoming the hero of several IWC X-Division haters. He says Moore never deserved a shot to start with.

TNA Tag Titles: Matt Morgan and Hernandez over Beer Money via Backbreaker on Storm in 11 minutes. 4 for 7. Postmatch, Morgan wipes Hernandez out with the Carbon Footprint and poses with both titles.

Kurt Angle over Mr. Anderson via Ankle Lock in 18 minutes. 4 for 8. Post match, Anderson says that people are fake and claims that Angle's not really an American Hero, or a real Olympic gold medalist. Anderson claims that Angle will lay in his bed, stare at the ceiling and keep thinking 'Anderson...Anderson...Anderson...'

- AJ and Abyss deliver some last words for each other.

TNA Title: AJ Styles and Abyss fought to a no-contest in a Sportz Entertainment Finish(tm) in 15 minutes. AJ retained the title, but didn't win the match. 4.5 for 9? The match was going ok until Flair nailed the ref with some pepper spray to allow AJ to smack Abyss with the title. Hogan came out with Hebner as the new ref and wheeled Flair back. Abyss chokeslammed AJ through the ring and Hebner threw the match out. Postmatch, Abyss and Hulk toss all the heels into the hole in the ring, including Desmond Wolfe, who ran out for some reason. They pose to end the show.

Ridiculously booked PPV. The way the PPV was booked and the reaction should cost Russo his job(This doesn't take Hogan and Bischoff off the grittle either in my mind) but since Dixie Carter is as clueless as Jim Cornette says she is well nothing is gonna change. You know I thought Abyss getting a one day title reign would be dumbest possible booking decision but boy was I wrong. Nash won a Tag title shot in The Feast or Fired Match so get ready for The Outsiders to win The tag Titles on Impact. I couldn't stop laughing at Syxx-Pac not being able to find the spray can not once but TWICE. Young looked like The Missing Link after getting sprayed. It's bad enough that Styles has to do a (weak) imatation of Flair but that Main Event finish and how he's being booked. Oh yeah poor Wolfe too. I liked some of the Matches(Ladder Match, Ulimate X, Anderson-Angle wasn't bad) but the show was marred by piss poor booking. Someone let Bischoff know that Stupidity and Incompetance create Apathy.

Wait...WHA???

Why did Hogan bring out Hebner? Wasn't he the one who suspended him in the first place? And why did Hebner come in just to throw the match out? Was that even necessary? And why was Desmond Wolfe there? Why bring him in just to get beat up for no good reason? How does this make AJ a credible champion? My head hurts.

Hey, it's The Wacky Tag Team Champions That Can't Get Along (or WTTCTCGA, for short) again. We haven't seen that in...almost two years. Hooray for "originality".

So now that Hall and Waltman have contracts, does this mean they'll start showing up to the show every Monday, like they've been doing every Monday that they haven't had contracts?

Why on Earth would anyone think this PPV could make people want to start tuning into Spike on Monday nights? Aside from Doug Williams, who is awesomely awesome.

I liked the X matches, and a lot of the rest of the actual in-ring stuff was solid. Wasn't excited about the booking, especially the "let's hire Waltman and Hall" and "let's make sure that Styles continues to be perceived as a buffoon."

Magnus made it very clear in his promo that he's just "Magnus" now, so I suspect that redsoxnation is correct in his prediction that another "Brutus" is on his way in. If it happens, I will hold it against you, redsox!

After two lackluster matches with Kurt Angle, I'm beginning to suspect that Mr. Anderson is not very good.

I don't care about the Morgan / Hernandez situation because I think they're a failure as a tag team anyway. They should do a thing where each one picks a new partner for a match for the titles; LAX can reform and Morgan can pick...I dunno, Anderson, maybe, who isn't doing it for me as a singles guy -- but both Morgan and Anderson have the ability to get even the Impact Zone to treat them like actual heels. They might make a good team.

(Although -- I forgot about Nash's title shot that graves9 reminds us of, so the above paragraph is probably moot. I assume that the titles will be held by "The Band," so that Pac can do all the work and his partner can be whichever other guy is mobile that day.)

I assume that Williams' comments to Moore after the match are intended to continue the feud. I wouldn't mind seeing Williams and Magnus beat down Moore, bringing in Jeff Hardy for the save -- they could go for a few PPVs with that, with a Williams/Moore rematch, a British Invasion/Hardy & Moore match, and then Hardy/Williams for the X Title or something.

Abyss' outfit is kinda silly, what with the new red & yellow "Hulkmania" random splotches on the front. It looks like he was eating hot dogs backstage.

It sounded like the usual TNA were the X-Division matches are pretty good, the Knockouts are better then the Diva matches and the rest is hit or miss. I have to see the visual of Abyss chokeslaming AJ through the ring. TNA was better off without Hogan and Flair. I actually thought Hogan and Eric would let things be while bringing talent who can work. Instead, they have booked themselves as stars, hiring their friends who blow-up after three minutes of work and have created the most laughable storylines this side of Lost. The show had some problems before Hogan arrived, but he has taken it to another level.

Cornett said Dixie is fairly clueless about the business and its not hard to pull the wool over her eyes. It would explain why Russo still has a job. I don't expect Hogan or Eric to be canned anytime soon. The other major problem is you have people like Jarrett, 3D, Sting, RVD, Pope, Hardy and others who can work. Yet, they choose the Wolfpac as well as having squashes for the Global and X-Division title. I understand they have limited time with the PPVS, but having said that, put your workers on the card. TNA has gotten to bloated. Sadly, the people who are going to get can are going to be people like Kong instead of Hall and Waltman.

I'll give them credit - they are building Abyss up perfectly to turn heel on Hogan and get squashed.

I can't believe they went with that finish for the Wolfpac match.

Enjoyed the X Division stuff as usual, the matches and the winners. Would be nice to see Daniels win but Kaz is a good choice too. I like that Sabin retrieved the X, that's his fifth Ultimate X win.

When Williams made fun of Moore post match the first thing I thought of was a Jeff Hardy feud as well. Don't know where that leaves Kaz though, I guess Williams could just beat him on Impact tonight.

I like the idea of Morgan/Hernandez splitting and choosing partners. Maybe Morgan/Daniels or Morgan/Wolfe with Morgan aligning with Styles/Flair/Wolfe.

Of course it is all moot because the Band is going to win the titles. I don't think they will on Impact tonight though, because they have to squash MCMG in under a minute sometime before then.

I know a lot of people weren't big on the Eric Young heel turn but man I really don't want to see that guy as a face again. What are the odds of EY and Jarrett making up and feuding with the Band to make this angle even more uninteresting?

What was the point of Anderson bashing Angle after he tapped out to the Ankle Lock? If Angle is not that great then why did you lose to him Anderson?

A no contest result in a main event is moronic. I like Abyss but not enough to protect him from getting pinned by Styles. In the fan's eyes I don't think losing to Styles would hurt anybody in the company.

Despite all the horrible things that happen the biggest travesty of all might be that Wolfe and Pope weren't on the card. Those two have been as good as anybody in either company. Would be nice to see some combination of Sarita/Taylor/Hamada/Angelina too.

I will say this about hiring Hall/XPac. For the short term I really want to see what happens on Impact in a car wreck sort of way. Unfortunately i'm not so sure about long term.

Hmmm. Well I know Sabin and Shelley can find plenty of work on the indies and working in Japan. Samoa Joe has enough credentials and contacts to make it into the WWE.....the Knockouts have Shimmer...

Oh Hai. Don't mind me, I'm just visualizing where my favorite TNA wrestlers will go when this company collapses in on itself by next year.

My poor Motor City Machine Guns. I already know what's gonna happen. They will take on Morgan and Hernandez, Hernandez turns on Morgan, MCMGs win the titles after a grueling match (probably fighting against Morgan only cause Bishoff doesn't believe shorter guys can hurt taller guys unless they team up), 5 seconds later "The Band" comes out, Nash and Hall go "blah blah blah drug reference blah blah briefcase title shot", after Waltman gets pinballed a bit Nash or Hall interferes and new tag team champions.

The Band goes on to feud with Young and a partner of his choice and the Machine Guns go off my tv. It's at that point I pray they ask for a release so I can wash my hands of this company.

That's complete nonsense! Somebody MCMG's size can't beat Hernandez combined! They need like 8 MCMGs! It's probably more likely that Hernandez beats MCMG by himself and then he's too worn out to fight off the Band.

In all seriousness though, TNA has announced on their website that Morgan is facing Hernandez tonight in a one-on-one match so I doubt anything is happening with the titles just yet. Also, Hogan has a "major announcement" and Sarita/Wilde/Angelina take on the BP in possibly the most lopsided women's match ever.

I don't think he could come in as "Brutus" anyway...I'm pretty sure McMahon owns the name, as he went through eleventy billion different names in WCW.

I think TNA just has a fetish for dropping wrestlers' first names; think "Daniels" and "Kazarian", for example.

I'm betting that Hernandez and Morgan beat the heck out of each other and here comes The Band with Nash mentioning how he won a tag title shot in the Feast or Fired Match. Yadda yadda yadda new Tag Champs. I fear the announcement will be that Abyss will be shoehorned into The Pope-Styles Title Match at Lockdown.

He wrestled as Brutus Beefcake in Oz for what it's worth.
Compare & contrast against Eugene wrestling as Nick Dinsmore despite doing the Eugene gimmick, Godfather wrestled as Pimp father despite same. Morley wrestled as Morley despite wearing 'Venus' trunks. This most likely all means nothing.

IMO Joe in going to WWE would be like when Taz went from ECW. He wouldn't be booked as the badass he was previously because of List(ReasonsVarious)
