I just got back my vacation from Orlando where I got to see Impact on a wet Monday. Things you should know about going to Impact, you do need a ticket either from guest services or the guy with the bullhorn screaming tickets. Ticket numbers don't matter, the only thing that matter is if you are VIP or not. They tell you can line-up at 4:30 pm, but they let people into the event even after it starts. Even with the rain, it was fairly full. Now for the spoilers.
Daniels leads Fortune out and cuts a promo stating he wants to take AJ's spot at Lockdown. He also states his relationship is that of revolving door, but the network wants him here so be it. Flair leads Abyss, Matt and Bully Ray down. Flair says he doesn't even know who Daniels is. He gives him a chance to walk away, but he declines. Eventually Hogan and Bischoff come out and they make Bully vs. Daniels for tonight. Bully cuts a promo on Daniels that leads to a security break-up between the two groups.
LAX version 2 took Evo 2. Hernandez, Rosita, Sarita and some new guy seem to be forming a new group. They pin Tommy and prepare to crucifix bomb him to the outside that is now uncovered. Morgan makes the save. Hernandez feeds new guy for the chokeslam.
Joe made Murphy or Gunner, I have no clue tap out while Pope did commentary. Joe ran Pope from the commentary table. Rosarita/Sarita faced The Beautiful People. Velvet had to drag Love out who looked to be catatonic. Velvet fought the Latinas by herself and almost won. Winter came out, Love turned around and it look like I am not kidding you Winter cast a spell on Love. Love gave Velvet a stunner using the top rope and beat the crap out of her. Winter motioned for Love to come to her and she did. Velvet ate the pin and seem as confused as everyone else in the stands.
Sting came out to a great pop and asked for RVD to come out. RVD dropped the f-bomb on Sting stating, he was working dark matches while Sting was on top. Things change and now its his show. Hogan came out and made RVD/Sting as the Main Event and it may have been for the title. After the promo, RVD covered his mouth and joked with the crowd about it. Daniles/Ray became a lubberjack match that Ray won with Hogan hitting Daniels with a chain.
It was announced Mister Anderson would be the special guest referee for Sting/RVD. So, the weird part of the show happens. A steel cage was being constructed and it seem to take forever. JJ came out and was yelling at the crew. He ran off the guy leading the set-up and cut a promo on Kurt inside the half finish cage. While, I was thinking how bush league all of this was, Kurt swings down from the rafters like Fucking Batman. JJ throws the camera man at Kurt and runs away while the crowd goes while.
Anderson came out in a refree's shirt and a lead pipe. RVD/Sting was an ok match with Anderson giving the mic check after Sting gave RVD the Scorpion Death Drop. RVD hit the frog splash on Sting for the win. Sting leaves without the belt. Anderson belt shots RVD. Murphy and Rob Taylor put Anderson on their shoulders while Hogan appears and applauds him. Anderson seems to turn heel and the crowd is shitting all over it. Anderson has the pipe and lays out Immortal. Hogan is stunned and Anderson points to him with the pipe, the crowd goes nuts.
Amazing Red beat some random guy in a dark match. Robbie/Generation Me faced Sabin, Kenderick and Suicide. Suicide ran into Sabin when he came down to the rafters and lead to a funny exchange between the two. The faces won after Generation Me imploded. Everyone including Robbie was aghast of the break-up. Ink Inc beat British Invasion. I feel bad for Doug Williams to go from having great matches with AJ to have to carry Shannon Moore. Moore seemed to be fucking up left and right that Doug was laughing when getting hit with his moves.
The show was ok, nothing too awful minus the Love Spell storyline. There was no backstage shown, so it seems stuff like the Love storyline and Anderson/Hogan was missing some points. I did get to meet Joe and step inside the ring which was cool. Joe was very nice and signed my wristband. All in all, if you have time to kill, I would suggest going just don't bother waiting an hour and half in line.

So anyone know what the deal is with Daniels? I thought Roh and TNA worked out a deal where Daniels could work with Tna but only as Suicide. I guess they worked out a new deal? Oh and the show sounds pretty bad.

TNA needed Daniels right then, and decided it was just easier to not honor the deal with ROH.

Well, with ROH no longer airing competing television by the time this show airs, Daniels probably has an out there.
I think it's been long since proven that Lawler is a dirty old man. BTW, what's happened to King's cuz, Honky Tonk Man? He used to have some funny-a-hell commentaries ripping into the King. ~kawshen~Fear THE HAND~! of the Bookerman.... SUCKA!
