As things stand, it looks like I will go tieless following Labor Day. I have enough left to go out this week, but I will probably take Friday off, so Homer Simpson will probably get the pass - or the skinny tie will. I haven't decided yet. STAY TUNED
Looking back, there are probably a few other ties I HAVEN'T worn to this office - mostly the Christmas ones, and one or two I wore to interviews in October and November that must have prematurely ended up in the wrong pile, but that's fine. As things stand, it's really something of a minor miracle I've maintained the organization I HAVE maintained for this long.
Anyway, it'll be good to go to work in SHORTS again! (Not that I couldn't wear shorts with THIS shirt and tie....it's just that I'd look even sillier than I normally do)
