This tie is actually almost exclusively navy, with these three flags appearing in the horizontal center, then there's another batch up near the part you end up tying that nobody sees anyway. WHAT DO THEY MEAN? I HAVE NO IDEA!
EDIT: I just found one more after turning the tie inside out, where the fabric meets the (lavendar) liner. So I guess there's EVENTUALLY a pattern involved...
