The most corrupt leader of the most corrupt sports organization on the planet is dead. I know in polite society everyone who dies is a saint, but fuck that - this bastard was corrupt and I for one am glad he is dead.

Unless he somehow screwed you out of a gold medal or cost you millions of dollars, I think you're being too harsh for your own good.

He might have been corrupt, but he isn't the first offical to have that quality. Wishing that he spend an eternity in hell is a bit much.

Geez, dude...don't hold back!

Regardless of what you think of him, there are those who will miss him. He had kids, and I bet they're really upset right now.

If Wikipedia is to be believed, he saved the Olympic games from financial disaster, so that's gotta mean something...right?

One thing is for sure, 'Have fun in hell, Fuckface' will go down as one of the all-time catchiest thead titles.

I think it would be a perfect title for a porn version of "Drag Me to Hell".

Presumably featuring Dick Pound? (en.wikipedia.org) Oh, come on....

Regardless of any corruption there are probably people more deserving of Mark for CM's wrath, and certainly better times for said wrath to be delivered.

Poor chap. At 89, he had a good innings though.

The best part is that someone changed the thread icon from the Olympic rings to the tombstone. Clearly, if anything needed editing, it was that.

I have always said that I wanted to be cremated and have my ashes scattered somewhere (I don't care where, I'm dead) (hypothetically) but now I think I want an actual tombstone with Fuckface on it in place of my name.

Here's hoping Billy Ripken's reading this thread.

Or, have your name on it, and at the bottom "Have fun in Hell Fuckface" instead of "beloved son" or whatever.

Is it wrong that, in the midst of a vendor presentation today, my mind drifted as to how to make "Have fun in hell, Fuckface" an internet meme?

As I scrolled through this thread, I was mentally wording this same exact thought.

I think we'll all be too busy selling stock in hair spray companies when Don gets KO'D.

I was in Vegas for the event (in fact, just got back home today). To be honest, when I handicapped the race, I felt there was no way she should be the favorite.
