This is interesting, I didn't think that the ESRB allowed for this sort of thing, which is why we still get censored profanity on Rock Band DLC | Mr. Boffo

Not quite. The explicit parts exist on every GTA disk, although you need to download or code a means to unlock it. In the cases above, the profanity exists entirely in the DLC, so the retail disks are clean. Frankly if anyone underage did have the means to hack the GTA disk without downloading a mod, then they probably deserve the reward of digitized humping.
