Ugh. Amazon was "nice enough" to import the Amazon review and the user reviews from Complete MasterWorks I. Fortunately, they did get a set list for the new concert and (some) extras listed.

Allow me to second that. It wasn't the best Futurama could have put out (I disliked that they killed Kiff, and disliked it even more that they undid it!) but I would have been willing to talk about it. I just... kept waiting for someone else to start the thread. Count me as surprised no one did.
