The Babysitter Herbert side plot was incredibly dull with the big payoff coming when Chris straight-out asked the guy if he was a pedophile. Too bad they just cut away when that question was asked. As for the jokes themselves, they were just random. Was "Osmonds wasting water" the best they could come up with?
The main story...well...it's Brian pining over Lois, which we've seen a hundred times already.
Thumbs down, but that Brian/Peter fight kicked some ass.

Agreed. The big fight, Herbet pining over children, Brian in love with Lois... it's all been done before. And maybe it's the New Yorker in me, but I really, I mean REALLY hated the pimping of Massachusetts in jingle by Peter throughout the latter half of the episode.
