Even though the Hiro storyline was predictable I loved it. Samurai Hiro stealing everybody's swords and bows, and then threatening to take their clothes was fun to watch.

Peter showing off all his various powers was cool, but I still think the whole amnesia thing is stupid.

That scene with Mama Petrelli screaming was eerie. I loved the part when she scream-thought to Parkman to get out of her head.

So, did the Haitian really mindwipe Suresh or was he just playing dumb to the Company guy? On the phone with Noah he seemed to still know what was going on, but I have a hard time believing that useless Suresh could have acted that well.

Noah meeting the Haitian (do we know his name yet??) along with Claire's toe snip were both great last scenes.

Just like last season, this show isn't GREAT, but it's entertaining enough that I'm not going to stop watching it.

Lloyd: When I met Mary, I got that old fashioned romantic feeling, where I'd do anything to bone her.
Harry: That's a special feeling.

So it looks like maybe I was right. I thought I was DEFINITELY right when Kensei "died," but guess those writers SWERVED~! me pretty good. Then again, if Kensei is immortal, as it appears he might be, he could be a pretty darn good hero in his own right. Hey, maybe Kensei is Claire's great-great-great-great-(yougettheidea)-great-grandfather!

I assumed that his memory wasn't actually wiped, and he was just playing along. I mean he's already been deceitful toward the company man in that he's working with Bennett to bring them down. But in the end it doesn't really matter too much; we know Suresh sent the Haitian to Bennett at the end so it's irrelevant whether he actually remembers doing it or not.

Last week I thought Peter's memory loss could have been Haitian-induced (This may have been more wishful thinking than anything else, as I wanted the amnesia thing to have a point and not just be a convenient plot device). Now it seems that I'm probably wrong, since the Haitian has been sick in Haiti for a while.

I'm still trying to figure out who is killing/trying to kill the older generation's group (which I have dubbed the "superfriends"). Is this person the same person as the monster in Molly's dreams?
--Peter/Nathan's father? Hiro's father thinks it is someone who was in their group, and he is surprised to see who it ends up being. That would fit because their father was presumed dead before the show began. And we don't know what his power was/is. Flight?
--Peter? Unlikely because he's chained up and in Ireland. But he would have been able to survive the fall.
--Nathan? His motive would be that these people knew Peter was going to die but didn't try to help. He can fly so he would be able to knock someone off a balcony and not get hurt.
--Charles Deveaux? He is supposedly dead, but again, we haven't seen a body. He seemed good, but he could see the others as evil. We know that he disagreed with Mrs. Petrelli's decision to let the "bomb" explode. He could have faked his own death to start planning their downfall.

That's kind of the way I feel about it. I wouldn't say I love the show, but I find that I can't stop watching it. It's too good to be called a guilty pleasure, however. Maybe it's just the inner comic geek in me that can't resist anything semi related to comics. Either way, another decent, but not great episode last night.

When the healer (another person with superpowers?) touched Maya and said that she could "even kill the devil" - or words to that effect - was that a clue that she is going to figure into the defeat of this season's new supervillain? He/she/it does seem to be all about the eyes, if the little girl's drawings are to be believed ...

I caught that, too. And yeah, when the healer held Maya's hands they used that same sound effect as when Matt Parkman reads minds... I assumed they were showing that she has the same power.

Didn't we learn last season that Peter has to think about a person in order to use their powers? If he has amnesia he can not remember anybody and therefore has no powers.

We can cross Nathan off the list of possible attackers. He was standing with Parkman when Ma Patrelli was attacked.

So, series of 8 paintings, with 9 members of the Superfriends left. Sounds like the enemy is from within. Also, methinks he's like Peter, in that he has a lot of people's powers. (Especially since we now know for sure that powers can repeat themselves over time.)

The thinking about a person thing always came off as a psychological crutch to help him focus more than a requirement for usage. His powers always worked best instinctively (ie going invisible at the first sight of Claude, automatically healing after Sylar and he fell off the bleachers at Homecoming, etc); the thinking about the person thing was to help him control and use them.

Not necessarily. Something I was thinking after the attack on Angela Petrelli that the killer's power could be that they somehow get inside your mind. Perhaps Hiro's father didn't actually get pushed off the roof; maybe he just believed that he was being pushed. That would make it likely that it's the same person as in Molly's dreams, since that person was able to get into her head as well.

I think we're going to find out that Kensei is the first mutant, "mutant alpha" or something. What I'm really wondering is if Kensei's powers make him fully immortal, and if he's alive during the present time. And as for "Who is killing the Superfriends?", well who said it was just one guy? I think we're dealing with multiple assailants here.
