Are we going to hold people responsible for the actions of others now?
Well the league told him to stay away from trouble and change his ways, and clearly he hasn't. The police did say he was at the club and got into a fight there, then just left in another car from the one that started shooting.
I'm thinking it means he has zero chance of that suspension getting reduced now, so yeah he's gonna be held responsible for his part.
Espn sportscenter also reports one of the conditions of his suspension is that he has no contact with police, meaning if he gets in more trouble the one year suspension could grow longer. Well he blew that. He also got a speeding tix in May.
Sounds like the Tenn. has lost faith in him as well.
looks like he will be charged two felonies in the Vegas shootings!
I'm not surprised either, and I'm glad it's being banned. They are taking advantage of a loophole that exists at no other level of football. In the NCAA, for example, the rule about scrimmage kick formation is as follows: Emphasis mine.
