My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary on April 26. This marriage is the 2nd for both of us. Yes, we are old. She will be 50 this Friday.
I use the term "celebrated" very loosely. That also happens to be the day that my wife's mother passed away. Someone at the funeral home said to think of it this way, Your parents (her Dad died 3 years ago) were reunited in heaven on your wedding anniversary. That helped, but still not much celebrating on this anniversary.
Mrs. Mayhem & I will be married 3 years on September 4 & our son turns 2 in July. I planted my seed in her about 6 weeks after marriage. Funny thing that you tell people that you've been married X years & you have a child that is age X and you can see them doing to math in there head to see if the conception was pre-nuptials.
We will hit 13 years next March 15, after meeting over Compuserve, of all places. Best story was that we got married by a Justice of the Peace (it is each of our 2nd marriages), who was later convicted of insurance fraud and embezzling. So, I get to joke that our marriage really isn't valid...
Of course, my Bachelor's degree from Arizona State was signed by Evan Meachem, who was later impeached, so I don't have a great track record in public officials who sign my legal documents

Got married on a Friday.
Proposed to her on a Tuesday, her Family had no means of traveling to the US, I had Friday off of work, so I called my Mom and Dad, told them the good news, and let them know if they wanted to come we would be heading down to the courthouse Friday morning. We were engaged for about 72 hours.
I was told this story because I was 2 years old at the time and have no recollection of it. My parents were having a party and I was supposedly walking around the coffee table drinking from every glass on the table....and drinking.... and drinking...
