All that hype for RomoUnderwood and he winds up from going hero to zero. Was Romounderwood crying? I mean they had that game won last night and the Cowboys found another way to lose. I don't see Parcells staying in this soap opera of a team much longer.

I've seen Drew Bledsoe perfect the Pick 6. I've seen Drew Bledsoe perfect coming up short on 4th and less than 1 on a QB sneak. This far and away surpasses any Bledsoe screw-up. This surpasses Leon Lett's Daily Double as the Cowboys won Super Bowls both times Leon screwed up. I doubt Romo ever recovers from this.
Now, this was a 1st guess, not a 2nd guess: Was it worthwhile for Parcells to challenge the TD that turned into a safety. Seattle gets the TD, it is 20-20, 5 minutes left and you have the ball and control of the game. By taking the safety, you still have the lead at 20-15, but they have the ball in what should be good field position with a chance to beat you.
Also, give the Dallas run defense a lot of credit for letting Alexander burst for 20 yards when the Seahawks are in the shadow of their goalposts, a little over a minute to go, and all 3 time-outs. Stuff the Seahawks there and the Cowboys get the ball back with around 50 seconds left inside the 50, only 1 or 2 plays away from a reasonable field goal opportunity.
And, am I the only person who thought Terry Glenn could have dove for the ball in the end zone and had a shot at it on the Hail Mary?

I too thought Glenn was just standing around, doing nothing. Gotta get involved in those plays.

America's Team? Who cares? They are my team and I am glad that Tony Romo will be a part of my team next year. It's not like they were going far into the playoffs with the defense playing like they were.

As far as the soap opera goes, I will be glad to see T.O. off my team and I think that is going to happen.

Romo will be back. He'll be fine. At the end of the day, it's the Cowboys' fault for having their QB placing the ball, instead of a backup. Period.

I wanna hear T.O.'s thoughts! That'll be the story of the off-season, hands-down. If so, do the math and tell me which teams T.O. has left to choose from.

Laces out, Tony.

One of the things I didn't hear anyone say was that even if they HAD made the field goal, the Seahawks would have gotten the ball back with probably just over a minute to go, needing only to get into field goal range for the win. Not exactly impossible to imagine a 24-23 Seattle wins anyway.

Also, hello, don't fumble in the end zone maybe.

Well certainly the Seattle offense were discussing this very eventuality:

Though I have to admit, as soon as he fumbled the snap, I thought Romo would still easily run it in for the touchdown - that was some last ditch tackle by Babineaux.

A good buddy of mine and I made a bet right before that snap; $10 that I'd win if it was botched, and sure enough..it was. We decided to make the bet since the Kansas City Chiefs' own, Lawrence Tynes missed a very short field goal earlier in the day. It just felt the time was right to do so.

Anyhow, it's sad the way Dallas lost. I was really rooting for them since I'm an avid Seahawks hater of everything they are, and the "12th man" bullshit.

Not a ripoff of ESPN.com's Page 2 sports writer, Bill Simmons. Lol.

I don't think they care about his numbers. He's there to be a "blocker" for Spikes and Simmons.
