I know this list is dedicated to total kayfabe, but two things stick out for me:
Blue Panther (203) not cracking the Top 200. He's got Kip James at 103 and Kenzo Suzuki at 190 for Christ sakes.
SUWA at 338. After Perro Aguayo Jr., he's the best heel in pro wrestling.
Cena should be #1, he's the top draw in the top promotion.

FINALLY...PWG gets some love from the 500. Sure, guys like Petey and Aries are going to make the list, but it's nice to see four of the PWG 6...Super Dragon (213), Excalibur (334), Joey Ryan (288), Scott Lost (324)...crack the list. Maybe next year for Disco Machine and Topgun Talwar.
And hey...Scorpio Sky (364) too! Well deserved.

Christian is way high at 12. From a kayfabe sense, he lost every match in WWE basically till he debuted in TNA and then honestly hasn't wrestled a full-time schedule and had an unremarkable title reign. That jumps out.

How on earth do Austin Aries and Roderick Strong place almost 200 points higher than Alex Shelley? All I really know about those three guys is the work they've done in TNA, but I haven't even seen Aries and Strong there in months, while Shelley's been getting tv time every week and a fairly good push as Nash's sidekick. What are they doing in ROH (and I guess the other indies) that puts them so far ahead of Shelley?

They're ROH Tag champs (and have been for this whole year, so far).

He was becoming a problem in New Japan. He wasn't drawing for a variety of reasons, including not touring and only appearing on "big shows". There were huge problems backstage before the Akebono match concerning the finish. Brock refused to comply with the finish and that match ended in awful fashion (Akebono going out on a weak DDT). He was in MMA negotiations with K-1 (Hero's), Pride and UFC for huge money and wanted out of New Japan without jobbing in the Tanahashi match on 7/17/06. He signed with K-1 (Hero's) and will be debuting in October or New Years Eve.
Following news item from Strong Style Spirit 7/15/06:
The worst possible scenario has happened, and Simon Inoki is hanging his head in shame today. Due to "problems with a working visa" (well, there's a new one), Brock Lesnar cannot attend Monday's Tsukisamu Green Dome show and New Japan has stripped him of the IWGP Heavyweight Title. For many, this was expected when he first won the belt, but when he kept returning and returning, doubts started to fade. Whether there is any truth to the "working visa" reason I don't know, but the fact is again an overpriced and undertalented primadonna has turned out to be nothing but a problem for New Japan. Simon Inoki posted a formal apology on the official site and gave refundment details (they don't usually do this, but they realize the severity of this incident), but there will be a tournament on Monday to determine a new champion right before the G1. On a personal note, and I try to stay positive (I will always support New Japan, but not everyone will), Simon Inoki should take all the blame for this and instantly be removed as New Japan president (or better yet, resign his post and take responsibility). Lesnar has been Simon's project when opposition in the company has called for him to get the belt off Brock for months now. There was a high chance that could have happened at the Green Dome, but we'll never know. After regaining so much trust this year, New Japan has again taken a step back and again has to restart from scratch in building fan trust. There may come a time, and it could be this one, that it is too late to do that. There is also the question of how this will effect wrestlers. The tournament on Monday has to be done as well as possible in this situation, and the G1 has to be done even better. The 9/1 Budokan show, an Inoki(s) brainstorm, should be axed immediately by Yuke's, and Naoki Sugehayashi or someone equally suitable has to replace Simon as president.

It depends on how PWI's year is defined, but some of London's four month Cruiserweight Championship reign has probably fallen into this year (he was the champ from 31 March 2005 to 6 August 2005).
