|  #1 Posted on 30.7.05 0104.18 | Instant Rating: 1.85 | Some people may be familiar with RPG Makers- such as Enterbrain's RPG Maker XP, which allow you to easily and with no substantial programming knowledge make your very own Role Playing Game (like the early Final Fantasy parts, for example).
My question is- Is there a program such as that, which is instead meant to make Real-Time Strategy Games with? (Also as an example to those that dont know, RTS Games are games such as Warcraft 3, Empire Earth, Age of Empires or Starcraft)
All help would be appreciated, thank you.

You need to have the Torque engine license as well, but all in all this is a cheap way to get started.

All I've seen is you have to buy the Japanese product and translate it to English.
