Eh. Nothing to get excited about, really. I think this is another case of someone wearing a fabric that is see through when hit by a powerful flash.

After so many incidents, you would THINK that fashion designers, Public Relations people, and celebrities themselves would know to avoid a fabric that becomes see-through after exposure to flash. I wonder if maybe some of them (like Serena) do it intentionally, just so people like us will pay more attention.
