The fourth edition of Pro-Wrestling Superstars: Past, Present and Future debuts on Viewer's Choice Pay Per View, Friday June 25th, 2004 at 8:00 pm, 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm. This episode has perhaps the best wrestling of the series to date featuring two world tag champs at the start of their career, a clash between Canada and the United States, a match pitting a world famous student against his teacher and a grudge match from Quebec. And all of this for the incredibly reasonable price of $5.99.
The Pay Per View kicks off with a match from the Quebec based Internet Wrestling Syndicate pitting "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen against Beef Wellington. Steen, barely twenty, is already considered one of the finest technical wrestler's of his generation. Sadly, Steen knows just how good he is and that arrogance is fast making him one of the most despised wrestlers in Canada. In fact, it is just that arrogance that resulted in a confrontation between Kevin Steen and his former training partner, Beef Wellington. Possibly the funniest wrestler in Canada, Beef Wellington turned serious for this match, an intense and bloody brawl.
Also from Quebec, IWS ring announcer Brian the Guppie sat down for a candid interview with former three time WWF tag team champion, Pierre Carl Ouellet. Tune in to hear PCO discuss his career which has taken him all over the world.
Johnny Devine and Petey Williams take on Jerry Lynn in a three way dance that became a battle of countries. Devine and Williams are both Canadians, with Petey Williams especially well known for representing his country in international competition. But can the two Canadians stay a team to take out the tremendously talented Jerry Lynn representing the United States?
In wrestling no relationship is more important than the one between the student and the teacher. There is a time to learn, a time to teach... and a time to kick your teacher in the teeth. In the past few years, no teacher/student confrontation has been more fractious than the one between Lo-Ki and his teacher Homicide. Lo-Ki, one of the most talented wrestlers in the world, is reknowned for his hard stiff strikes in the ring which he learned from Homicide. Of course the question is: when Homicide taught Lo-Ki everything Lo-Ki knows, what wrestling tricks did he hold back?
The concluding match is an historic confrontation from the archives of Border City Wrestling pitting Sexton Hardcastle and Christian Cage against BCW legends Arrogant Otis Apollo and Denny Kaas. What makes this tag team match so special is that Sexton Hardcastle and Christian Cage went on to become WWF tag team champs as the team of Christian and Edge.

Beef Wellington? Is this an offhanded tribute to Stampede's legendary Biff Wellington? Biff was Chris Benoit's tag team partner in Stampede and the most famous wrestler ever to hail from Lloydminster, Alberta, FYI.
Are you ready for Mahkan-mania to run wild all over you?

While Beef was being trained by Jacques Rougeau, he was forced to go by Gorgeous Neil (in a tag team with Handsome JF) a name which he HATED. When Beef decided to leave Rougeau, he chose Beef Wellington backstage as his new name.
By the time that Beef found out that other people use/have used the name, he was so over with that name in Montreal that it was unthinkable to change it. Even his Mom has been heard to call him Beef.
The Kevin Steen/Beef Wellington match was from our April show "Scarred For Life"
Beef did fight a Bear at "V"
The Bear was led to the ring by Bear Handler Twiggy who lured the massive ursus to the ring with tasty chocolate & honey treats. Unfortunately for Twiggy, once in the ring, the Bear went berserk for the treats ripping off Twiggy's arm in the process.
Fortunately for Beef, this gave him a chance to attack the Bear while he was distracted, but Beef's advantage was short-lived as the Bear's massive strength was able to overcome Beef's offence. In the end, it seemed that Beef was destined to pass out to the BEAR-HUG. (a move which got the third biggest pop of the night after the return of Sid Vicious and the the title win by El Generico.)
When all seemed lost, Beef was rescued out of nowhere by the run-in of a three-legged cow. The Bear, understandeably confused by this turn of events, was distracted long enough for Beef to land his crowd-pleasing top rope ass punch for the pin.
(Oddly, Beef was totally ungrateful for the cow's intervention, hitting the cow as well with a top-rope ass punch only this time using Bear Handler Twiggy's ripped off arm to give the punch more force.)
Oddly, this Man vs. Animal bout is unlikely to make it on to the Pay Per View.

smark/net attack wienerville advisory stays at BLUE alert - Guarded (With Benoit & Eddie being World & WWE champions you'd expect all's be right but JBL PPV main event causes a threat)- 5/6
Here is the long awaited interview that our very own Eddie Famous had with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan back on 11/13 last year. I've been really bad at getting this off of mini disc and up for download.
