1. If your goal is to be a 411 Contributor, maybe you need higher goals
2. AT LAST SOMEONE GIVES THE "IWC" THE POKE IN THE EYE THEY SO RICHLY DESERVE
3. Getting over by "using Hyatte" is pretty passe
4. I hope that by posting this, I didn't just earn a mention in either this dude's column...or Hyatte's Midnight Report

No, but I'm pretty sure that was HIS intent.

But it certainly wasn't ours by posting it. I mean this was obviously done in the interest of keeping the world informed and not some overt attempt at cheap heat or anything.

I dont know, I'm not all that impressed. He couldnt get a job at 411, so he fools everyone into thinking he's Tammy to get "published" on the site. Big whoop.

I never understood the big deal about fooling someone/people on the internet into thinking you're someone else anyway. Why is this impressive again? It's not like you have to go through any trouble or effort to do it. Do you have wear a mask? Do you have to disguise your voice? Do you have to buy a fake ID? NO. All you have to do is type some stuff and say "This stuff was typed by [impersonated party]" at the bottom and *POOF*, that makes you some kind of super genius?

TRASH.

While I think some of the points this person brought up are/were valid and interesting, I don't agree with the motives. It's like they are saying "I couldn't get a gig writing at 411 even though I'm better than some of their writers, so I HAD to do something to trick them. I HAD to do this since they wouldn't take me on board."

Not that I really want to stick up for this guy, but there had to have been a TON of work and effort to keep ahead of everybody. He had to study all Tammy postings and keep aware of all her past and present activities, and come up with new ideas that she might say. I think that he had to do much more work than Scott Keith or any other "IWC" wrestling column writers.

I don't really care about this either, and I certainly don't give him some huge trophy for this, but I respect the work that was done to keep so many in the dark for so long.

Damn you WWE for making me change my sig. I'm sure you have good enough reasons to get rid of Shannon, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let me thus be the first to say: BRING BACK DAFFNEY!

I don't know exactly how hard that was, though. I mean, I went to Randy Orton's website, read a brief bio of him, then wrote a piece about me treating him while he was in a mental institution. In response, several people wrote me telling me:
1. I was a bad, bad evil doctor man!
2. I'd violated doctor-patient privilege.
3. I was going to lose my license to practice medicine.

This in spite of the fact that I accused Randy of being a liar, a compulsive gambler, a man who falsely accused a woman of rape and the guy who stole my emperor penguin. A PENGUIN!

I'm not saying the guy didn't do his homework. I'm just saying that fooling people online isn't the headiest task.

EDIT: I just realized this may come off as tooting my own horn. Far from it. In my case I wasn't trying to fool anyone at all. So I was really startled when I realized people had taken me seriously.

Even more than me? I'm shocked!

Anyway, I read the column and I wasn't impressed. For someone who bashes the IWC for their cute writing, his WrestleMania preview is littered with it. I love his "news" segment, too. He totally glosses over why the WWE fired Zach and Kanyon because he wants to bitch about them getting fired. His perogative as a columnist I guess.

It's one thing to be sad that the 411 guys wouldn't take you into the fold, but he's got to come up with something better than this to make me think he deserved to be on that oh so prestigious site. He should have just let it go when the Tammy thing died.

HAHAHAH! Well I'm glad that I've either pissed you all off, or made you proud for exposing Hyatte.

As for CRZ, dude don't be upset that I didn't sell the joke to you. As if I'd offered, you know you'd bit. The fact is, in the end I didn't want to tear Hyatte's heart out and crush him like I easily could have. I still got some old chat transcripts though, and could turn the hot poker in him a few times, but I won't cause I said I wouldn't.

As for the overall thing, 411 should have let me have a column. The fact is, they ignored me, and I showed them. I also proved my worth. Like it or not.

As for the whole #26 thing, I didn't really realize how good that was til I recently started reading and seeing how so many of you get so interested in it. I came in outta nowhere and made it high. In perhaps the last IWC Top #100 ever. Like it or not, you gotta admit that was quite the pull off.

Don't hate me either CRZ, as I used to read you way back in the day and liked your stuff. My first column at Lethal wasn't a barnburner because it didn't need to be. The talent is there, just look back at my Jarrett column at 411. I just want a chance, and hey if I end up as a rebel then so be it, I know lethal has the balls to back me up!

To be honest, he was pretty interested in just writing. It was us who said "you really need to capitalize on your 15 minutes first".

Fact is regardless of how much he wanted to believe it, Hyatte didn't fall for this because someone IMed him and said "OMG I USED TO BE SUNNY, LETS CYBER A/S/L??" Hyatte's a smart guy, and to pull this off it took some real ingenuity and most likely a wealth of wrestling knowledge. And I'm certainly willing to take him at his word when he says he was being groomed as a protoge at 411 until it turned out they couldn't take a joke, and any fellow subgenuii knows how I feel about that.

I'm looking forward to seeing what else he can do.

PS: We didn't put this up as an FU to Hyatte. Most of us are (or in a few cases "used to be") big fans. But let's face it, the story deserved a conclusion. :)

I'm curious as to others' opinions, but the only reason I read Bytch etc. was because it was supposed to be by Tammy Lynn Sytch. I never found the writing to be that good, but was interested in the views expressed because they were supposedly those of someone who has been a part of every successful wrestling company in North America in the last 15 years. Even then I was suspicious about the IWC smarkiness of much of what was written.

Now that OBwhatever has come out from behind the gimmick, the writing is still sub-par, and whatever interest I had in reading is gone.

"1. If your goal is to be a 411 Contributor, maybe you need higher goals."

I have to agree with this assessment. I enjoy my contributory allowance here and at 411, but if I lost them tomorrow, it is not like I covet them so much that I would be demoralized (boring law school cases have that priority anyway).

Mr. 15 Minutes:I HAHAHAH! Well I'm glad that I've either pissed you all off, or made you proud for exposing Hyatte.

FLEA: No one but Hyatte cared about this. I advised him about showing his ass with the apology, but he thought it needed to be done. Oddly enough, more people supported him than thought he was a douchebag. It ain't 1998 anymore. But it got you attention, but it's not going to be the attention you wanted because 1)you are a lousy writer and 2) you are a clown

FLEA: You could have never have "crushed" Hyatte, because quite frankly, he doesn't care. And no one else does either. If after six years, the opinion isn't formed, someone with the pedestrian idea of "crushing" him with a lame pardoy isn't going to work. My advice would be to find the pictures of the goat.

As for the overall thing, 411 should have let me have a column. The fact is, they ignored me, and I showed them. I also proved my worth. Like it or not.

You didn't show anyone a damn thing because a few weeks after the fact no once cares, except to poke you with a stick as you fall on your face on your way into obscurity. As far as your worth, you could have easily come to me and I would have included your writing in my columns. That way, people could form their own opinions on your "worth". You weren't selected for 411 because you SUCK. Hiding behind Tammy's name didn't change that, it just added to a novelty to the SUCK.

As for the whole #26 thing, I didn't really realize how good that was til I recently started reading and seeing how so many of you get so interested in it. I came in outta nowhere and made it high. In perhaps the last IWC Top #100 ever. Like it or not, you gotta admit that was quite the pull off.

YOU didn't come in out of nowhere, Tammy did. And here's a little tidbit - the only reason I put "Tammy" that high was to get people talking about the list. The writing was horrid, the ideas were lame, it just intrigued me that Tammy could put down the pipe long enough to ramble incoherently...and it worked. And no, that won't be the last iwc 100 list - and!! if you are *really* curious, I recevied many requests saying that I should make an ammendment to the list - nope. Maybe someday you'll figure out why...

Don't hate me either CRZ, as I used to read you way back in the day and liked your stuff. My first column at Lethal wasn't a barnburner because it didn't need to be. The talent is there, just look back at my Jarrett column at 411. I just want a chance, and hey if I end up as a rebel then so be it, I know lethal has the balls to back me up!

ha ha ha ha ha...that Jarret column was the pits, and I had my reservations about posting it...until I realized that if "Tammy" said it, it's brilliant. If Catfish WebWriter says it (not to mention forgets to edit or spellcheck) it's lame. See the difference? No, you obviously don't, but get some mileage out of whatever you are doing - and as the old saying goes, write it on the bathroom wall, more people would read it...

FLEA

p.s. - the next step is to cut and paste all these responses into your next column. Actually, that might be something that people would read. Just put CRZ and FLEA in the teaser. But not Lund or Hocking, for God's sake - start this off on the right foot!

(They have taught you how to write teasers, right? )

Seriously, what is the guy gonna do, walk around the internet for the rest of whatever going "Hey, remember ME? I was the fake Tammy Sytch!!!"

I mean, people need to have Sean Shannon explained to them...and if ANYONE should have left a legacy of ignominy, it's him. If he can't what are the odds he'll be remembered for more than five minutes?

If that was his literary swing at the fence, that goes as a putout 7 on the score sheet.
