Yes, one of those is laughable. Where is Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, or Ric Flair?

Andre the Giant doesn't quite look right to me. That Ultimate Warrior looks pretty nice though ... wonder what his tassles are made out of?

Damn good one of Shawn Michaels. I've always been a fan of the gold-on-white outfit.

Andre looks off because he never wore knee pads. Jakks just stuck an Andre head on a Big Show body. Here's a pic for comparison.

Where's the Iron Sheik one with the pointed boots?
Hmm, I wonder if Dingbat's going to do a diatribe about his likeness being used for non-destuctivity purposes?

If only Paul Jones had brought in General Skandar Akbar as a technical military advisor, Paul Jones' Army could have thwarted the McMahon infidels and prevented the collapse of wrestling civilization.

Well, that makes sense. I mean, it is his father and all...

i like the Bret. It's got his trademark smirk and is pretty cool.

The articulation on the Andre head looks cool as well.

Im still waiting for the Wildman Marc Mero figure...

That one came out years ago. You missed it.

(I have one because it was in a 2-pack with Steve Blackman - I know I've scanned it into an image, but darned if I can find it on THIS hard drive)

Can't say I like Trips in that collection, but I'll certainly pick up HBK, the Warrior, and Bret Hart's figures.

I'm trying to recognize the title on Trips' waist...it looks like the Smackdown! championship, though.

I'm awaiting the Honky-Tonk Man figure, my self.

I'd imagine those are promo figures, so the belt may change, but that's not the version of the IC title that was around when HHH held it.

Not that gimmick for HHH, anyway - he did hold that version of the title belt in 1998 (beating the Rock) and 2001 (beating Jericho and Jeff Hardy).

HHH did hold that belt when he was doing the "two man power trip" angle with Austin. They were the Tag Team champions, Austin was also the WWF Champion, and HHH was also the IC Champion.

But, that action figure is the Hunter Hearst Helmsley "snobby blueblood" character, so you are right that he never held that belt as that character.

Of course, the fact that it is the "snobby blueblood" character makes it even more ridiculus that he is included with that group of Superstars. He never truly "got over" until he ditched that character to join Shawn Michaels in DX.

Right. His first IC reign as the blueblood wasn't all that memorable, other than that he lost to the smiley, happy go-lucky Rocky Maivia. Also, every other wrestler in that group is holding a world title. HHH didn't win his until he adopted the jacked-up, cro-magnon man gimmick.

Interesting...they clearly realize there is a market for retro, and with the gimmick battle royal at WM a couple years ago and some of the extras they're putting on DVDs now, I wonder if there's any chance of a line of WrestleCrap-esque action figures...

I know I'd be first in line to buy an Irwin R. Schyster figure...

The Toronto Maple Leafs are built for the playoffs. Of course they are. What Leafs fans don't realize, though, is "built for the playoffs" is just GM-speak for "short on skill, kinda slow, and can't score over an 80 game season".

Damn your immortal soul for being right.

Not to mention the fact that the voices are only separated by half an octave and one of them speaking English as a second language.

As long as somebody CTC at the end of the day, I'm with them.

Good Grief. I thought telemar(c)(k)eters were bad. "Let's pretend to be all buddy buddy while I tell you are wrong. But that's not a bad thing, that's a good thing. Obviously, you'd enjoy it as much or more at my site.
