Big Black? Is that the same "Big Black" that put out the album "Songs About Fucking"? I worked for a record store that had ordered that album not knowing what the title was (the jobber had it listed as "Big Black Songs".) The cover was your typical SST art with a guy taking a woman on from behind (he had a great evil grin and she's grunting). We put it on the end cap facing the entrance (in a mall) just to see what people thought as they walked by. My oh my that was an entertaining afternoon.
yeah, that's the same big black. "liar" is one of the better tracks on "songs about fucking", which is a classic record to me.
big black was pretty much steve albini's band, who went on to produce nirvana's "in utero" and bush's "razor blade suitcase". he put out a couple records with the band rapeman (play it for your mom!) and has been with shellac for a number of years now.
good stuff all around. very brash, instigating.
the best part of "liar" is when it goes down to just the drums and the bass line: "i think i fucked your girlfriend once... maybe twice, i don't remember. then i fucked all your friends' girlfriends... now they hate you." talk about your heel heat!
It's just you against the group mind. I like weiners.

Hold up...you're taking a song from the Transformers: The Movie soundtrack that ISN'T the Touch?!?!? What the fuck is wrong with you?
On second thought, I have that soundtrack, what the fuck is wrong with me?

While "The Touch" is a good song - for mid-80s Stan Bush, anyway - the only way I'd even think about using it is if my character were Kurt Angle Mark II or Chuckabilly. "Nothing's Gonna Stand In Our Way" is a lot louder and more driving.
And by the way, don't ask what the fuck is wrong with me for having that soundtrack. Ask what the fuck is wrong with me for getting "Til All Are One," from BotCon '97, which was basically remixes of the Stan Bush songs from the album, the instrumentals from the movie, and some other stuff. (Personally, I think it's a good album, but I won't even try to convince you otherwise.)

No, I was asking what the fuck was wrong with ME for having that album. Although, given the fact that you're admitting you went to a Transformers convention, you obviously have much worse problems than me. ;)
I always thought Jazz had the best female entrance music in ECW. They would play Lox's Money, Power, and Respect and loop the part where Lil' Kim is saying "Money, Power, and Respect, are you eating right? Money, Power, and Respect, you'll be alright."
Let's go back, through the mists of time for these moldy oldies...
I actually don't have face/heel distinctions, beacuse either could work. It's more of a "run out"/"walk out" thing.
Running out, I'd have to steal from my old high school wrestling team and go with ELO's "Fire on High". I still get hyped up listening to the beginning; just as back then, I'd wait backstage. Any introductions would have to occur then, because as soon as the music speeds up, I go all out at full speed, rolling into the ring ready to face my foe.
I'd be WALKING out to Red Ryder's "Lunatic Fringe" from the "Vision Quest" soundtrack. There's something menacing about it, especially if it's remixed correctly.
Aaron Thomas It would probably the first, since I'll most likely be a crusierjobber that everyone has to beat to earn a #1 contender's match.
