Seeing how most people were blinded by the WWF's promotional machine and that WCW was #2 in everything in most peoples' eyes, I always thought that women WCW had in 1999-2000 were overall better looking than the ones in the WWF at the time, the WWF just promoted their females infinate times better.
If anyone could get the average looking, 40 something, aging ex-beauty queen known as Debra McMichael as over as she was, the WWF must be doing something right. WCW just didn't promote their women as well as they should have, which is why WWF Divas seemed more popular than WCW Divas at the time. That's part of the reason WCW is out of business, WWF would go into maximum overdrive for their superstars, whereas with WCW, it was anything but. It's a shame that WCW didn't promote these girls to the fullest extent, the roster they had was incredible in terms of beauty, I think even better than the one WWE has today. They could've offset the losses a bit with calender, video and magazine sales. But this is WCW, they had a goldmind in front of them and did little with it. This holds very true to the former women of WCW, just like the men ironically.
Anyways, I'm going to rank the diva's overall looks in both leagues at the time with grades, from A to F, and add some commentary if need be. Please keep in mind that I'm not accounting wrestling ability or personality, just looks.
Key
A=Total hottie, with really no flaws.
B= On the brink of true greatness, but has something holding her back.
C=Where most WWF/WCW divas seem to fall in, just seem average to me physically.
D=For diva standards, pretty damn bad, but not the absolute worst.
F=Utterly horrific.

Stephanie McMahon - She's a pretty girl, but her lackluster figure holds her back from an A level. Compare her in a bikini to Torrie Wilson or Kimberly Page and Steph's not even in the same league.

Spice (Nitro Girl) - About the only girl that could pull off the shorthair look. And she did it quite well I might add. But then again, for some reason she would look awkward with long hair.

BB Barbara Bush - Her massive tits made up for her defiancies.
Chyna - Tremendously overrated in my view.
Debra - She seemed hot then, but now that you think about, YUCK. To think, after Sable left, and before Trish came along, haggard old now 43 year old Debra was the WWE's premiere bombshell....

Lilian Garcia - Biggest chin/jaw since Chyna. Sorry, Lilian, I love ya and all, but it's true, you do have a big chin.
Lita - Not an A or B, but most definately not a D. The face just ain't too great.

Wrapping It Up! Wrapping It Up!
Where it matters most, the "A List" WCW absolutely blows away the WWF Divas, not literally, 5 to 2. And hell, I was being generous by including The Kat on the A list as she would normally look pretty trashy, but I think behind the makeup and skankiness, she's very beautiful.
And while I'm at it, let's me compare WCW's Top 5 to WWE's current day Top 5. Note, I think WWE today only has 3 three divas that I would consider an 'A' in terms of looks; Stacy, Torrie, and Trish, so I'm dipping down into WWE's 'B's' to match up with WCW's Fantastic 5, which would be Molly and Steph.
WCW (2000) Comparision To WWE (2003)
Stacy Keibler ...... Stacy Keibler (EVEN)
Torrie Wilson ...... Torrie Wilson (EVEN)
Mona ...... Molly Holly - Molly seems to purposely make herself ugly and nowadays ain't an A, but 'Mona' was, so Molly is included in this. (Mona)
Pamela Paulshock ...... Trish Stratus - Pamela by a fingernail in terms of looks, although Trish blows her away in everything else. (Pamela)
Kimberly Page ...... Stephanie McMahon - Steph's pretty and all from what she shows you, but beneath the suits and black ensambles, then what? Kimberly Page has nothing to hide. Can I say the same for Steph? Yeah right. Facially, I think they're about even, but if they were to have a bikini faceoff, it would be like the New York Yankees versus the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, no contest, blowout victory. Kimberly in a landslide. If Steph could trim down a bit, or a lot in her case, like ya know, make her thighs less huge, downsize the size of her arms, firm up her saggy soft chest, and prove that she doesn't have a jellyroll gut, then I'd consider Stephanie McMahon an 'A'. The Final Flush
In conclusion, as far as 2000 was concerned, WWF blew away WCW in every category with the exception of one, the looks of their divas. WCW may not have promoted them to the fullest extent like the WWF, but as far overall beauty was concerned, WCW Divas were head and shoulders above the WWF Divas, no doubt.

Also, I actually disgust The Kat, I think she's dirty. Too dirty. But beneath all the wigs and skankiness, she's actually pretty good looking. And I didn't want to seem to bias towards the WWF, so I was generous and let her be an "A", based on what she capable of looking like, even though 90% of the time she looked like trash.
Also, overall, blondes tend to be finer than brunettes, but Kimberly Page is far and away my personal favorite.

|  #4 Posted on 28.3.03 0126.44 | I think it's simply a case of WCW having employed a lot more women, at the time. Going by your list, WCW did have a lot more 'A' women than the WWF did -- but it also had a lot more 'B', 'C' and 'D' women.
And, as this is a list based upon personal taste, you are perfectly entitled to your opinion. And I am entitled to my opinion, which is that your opinion is wrong. Daffney only gets a C? A C? Pamela Paulshock, Kimberly and Miss Kitty get ranked A, and Daffney gets ranked C? Ye gads!
And I wouldn't really include Muffy in the list, as she appeared on television... uh... wow, what, once? Holy crap, did she really only appear the one time? I'm drawing a blank here. Someone help me out.

I mean, I don't think someone like Daffney would appear on the cover of Maxim, but the A women I listed are more than beautiful enough to grace the cover.
I didn't want to take in account wrestling ability or personality, just looks this time around. Maybe another time I will, but then I'd have to do the rankings all over again, and all the women I don't like would be on top, and I didn't want to focus on the likes of Chyna and Lita today.
To me, looks are the most important thing in regards women, personality's not that big a deal. It maybe shallow, but then again, I guess I'm a shallow guy, but that's fine with me. | MollyFan2K2
